The Space:
With its spacious dining and common areas, the large group paradise truly brings people together! This home has been outfitted not only to sleep 10, but with enough space and function for up to 10 people to enjoy spending free time connecting with those around them. Remote workers and students find refuge in the office or utilizing our high speed internet from around the house.

Having two spacious common areas gives larger groups the flexibility they need. Relax in the open and inviting great room with plenty of comfortable seating, flat screen and tv/cable, or have some fun in the game room with pool, darts, and more!

Preparing a tasty meal has never been more fun in this kitchen with all your basic cookware & stainless steel appliances, toaster oven, pots/pans, plates/bowls utensils & even baby utensils. The open floor plan allows you to interact with everyone in the great room without missing a beat. Then enjoy meals at the large dining table.

Enjoy two master ensuites with King beds, one on the first floor with step-free entry and widened doorway for accessibility. Upstairs, there are two more large bedrooms with queen beds and an additional full bathroom. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, ample closet space, and mirrors for getting ready. The lower-level bedroom includes a twin and double bed for extra sleeping space.
Relax outside on the spacious furnished deck and enjoy Charlotte’s beautiful seasons. The fully fenced yard is tucked into a wooded cul-de-sac. Approved pets are welcome!

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to all 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, both living areas, laundry room, and back yard. Only the locked owners closet and shed are unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and on the street.
Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.

The Neighborhood:
Large Group Paradise is perfectly located in the University Area, just a few blocks from UNCC, making it ideal for families visiting students or groups exploring Charlotte. Nestled in the charming College Downs neighborhood near University City Blvd, you'll have easy access to restaurants, bars, and shops.
Reedy Creek Park is less than 4 miles away, offering hiking, disc golf, ball fields, and picnic areas, while PNC Music Pavilion, just under 5 miles away, regularly hosts concerts and events.
The light rail, only 2.5 miles from the home, offers quick access to Uptown, South End, and more. Additionally, Ubers are readily available for convenience.

** The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained :). Unfortunately, we do NOT allow cats. **
We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

House Rules:
Each guest will be provided a rental agreement before the start of your reservation.
Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement.
The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID.  Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund.
Minimum booking age: 25 years old.
If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively the reservation may be canceled and refunded based on the cancellation policy.

Access to the Home:
Early check-in (1:00 PM) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.
Cost: $99 + Booking platform fees
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet.
Be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Check-in is at 5:00 PM
Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Holdover or Late Checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.

Quiet Hours - Beginning 10 PM:
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests on the booking are allowed on premises.
No parties are permitted. Any neighborhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund.

Pets:
Approved pets must be confirmed prior to check-in, (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, the exact count needs to be added to the reservation prior to check in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats allowed.
Pet owners must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age. If pet stays are longer than 1 week, MyTripify may require guests to purchase travel insurance.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Removal of pet hair from furniture will result in additional fees up to $300.
Pet owners are to clean up after all waste in the yard and surrounding area. Any damages done will be charged to the guest.

Parking:
Any parking or driving on the grass is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Follow posted signage for street parking.

Smoking:
No smoking whatsoever inside the home.
Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500.

Damages:
Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay.

Internet Usage:
We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.

Trash:
Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge.

Interaction with Guests:
Enjoy privacy during your stay, knowing you will not be disturbed at the property without prior notice unless there is an emergency. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns!
