Considering the steps, which we knew we would have and the cleanliness, primarily of the back Bar and hot tub area it was a nice place but a little over priced in our opinion.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Titan Penthouse with our large family and would highly recommend it! This place was perfect for our group. The two-level loft layout gave everyone plenty of room to spread out while still feeling connected. All four bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms were a huge plus—no fighting over showers and everyone had their own private space to wind down after busy days exploring Nashville. The living areas were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked and the pool table on the was a hit for games and hanging out. The rooftop hot tub was the highlight for us. Sitting up there at night with the city lights and the view toward Titans Stadium made for some really special family moments. On the Saturday of our stay we were even able to catch a fireworks show right from the roof—it was unexpected and magical, and the whole family loved watching it together. Location couldn’t be better—literally steps from Printer’s Alley and just a short, easy walk to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, and everything else we wanted to do. Being right in the heart of downtown made getting around so convenient. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared with all the essentials. Communication with the management team was smooth and helpful. Our large family thoroughly enjoyed every part of the stay and left already talking about coming back!
