This three bedroom home has country charm with all the modern conveniences. There is plenty of privacy and lots of room for the whole crew. This cabin isn't far from Blairsville, GA or Murphy, NC. There is plenty to do in the area. Shopping, hiking, wine tours, fishing, the choices are endless. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch or relax in the hot tub. This cabin has something for everyone. We visit Blairsville every year and stay at a VRBO. This home is located in a convenient area with shopping, restaurants and golf courses close by. We found it clean and adorably decorated. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Perfect cabin in the woods

This is the perfect cabin for a friends or family gathering. There were 6 of us but room for more. We saw deer one morning. Check in and out was easy. Centrally located

Family outing

I am a Blairsville resident and rented the home for my 2 adult children and their 5 kids ages 2-9. The home is very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is a bit small for that size group but that was the only issue. I would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect Relaxing 30th

I stayed here with one of my friends and we had a couple others join us over the weekend. All I can say is it was a PERFECT way to bring in my 30s. We enjoyed the hot tub, a Harry Potter marathon by the fireplace, and just lots of laughter and nature. The rooms are decorated so cute, and cozy, and you can tell this was a well-loved home before transitioning into a short-term rental. They even have a cute little guest book, and we enjoyed reading about other's experiences and documenting our own. We went hiking to a waterfall that was not very far from the property, and it's close enough to Blue Ridge that we stopped on the way out. It was a wonderful experience worth the price. <3

I'm not going to give a bad review but

I'm not going to leave a bad review, but I feel like potential future travelers should know that this place is heavily surveillanced. There are cameras everywhere. There was one outside that would say " You are being recorded " I finally yelled back " That is creepy!" I'm not insinuating that there are cameras inside, but they're was one in direct shot of the hot tub, which I again thought was creepy. I did not feel comfortable at all staying in this home. I constantly felt like i was being watched. I didn't want to leave a bad review bc some people don't mind all of the cameras and they actually feel better with them being there. I however didn't like it at all unfortunately. Our family rents about 3-5 cabins a year and I've never seen so much surveillance. Again, I'm not saying it's good or bad, it's just not for me. ..

Why Do You Need A Buyer's Agent?
First of All Having a Buyer's Agent Does Not Add to your Cost.
The seller along with the seller's agent pays the buyer's agent fee. Many buyers mistakenly believe they would get a better deal if they do not use a buyer's agent. They assume that since the seller has to pay the agent a commission, they would be willing to pass those savings on to the buyer if they do not use an agent. This is NOT true. In fact, seller's agents charge the same price regardless of whether or not you use an agent.

Here are a few things a buyer's agent does:

Helps you through the negotiating process. This is probably the most important part of having an agent represent you. The agent working for the builder or seller has one job and that is to sell you a home – maximizing the profits for their seller. You have to understand everything you're signing including addendums to the contract, possible delays, what would happen if your current home doesn't sell, etc. The most important thing to remember is that a buyer's agent helps walk you through everything step by step and works FOR YOU, not the seller.
Makes sure you don't overpay for a home. If you buy your home directly from the seller's agent they are only looking out for the seller's interests. A buyer's agent will provide you with valuable comparable properties and five you their opinion of the value.
