Everything was as expected, we didn’t use the pool. It’s very small and we went to the beach instead. Close walk to private beach, comfortable and spacious for 9 people!

The house was great, perfect for what we needed. Very close to the beach. The separate bedroom through the garage provides privacy for grandparents when they want it. The small dipping pool was enough for our 5 year old. Owner was very responsive when we had a question.

Perfect location! Very Clean!

Perfect location! Super clean! Beautiful beach across the street! What more could you ask for? ! Our family had a wonderful time relaxing here! Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of room to all gather in the living room and kitchen area to share a family meal together. My daughters enjoyed walking over next door to Alvin's Island to shop and also walking over for a rolled ice cream treat! My husband and I enjoyed walking down together to get some delicious coffee at a super cute coffee shop! Lots of extra beach supplies were located in the garage closet that were super nice to borrow for the beach! We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Perfect Place, Very Close to the Beach!!🏖

This place was the perfect location. The beach was directly across the street. I honestly didn't believe it would be that close but it was!! Next door to Alvin's Island souvenir store. About 2 blocks from Pompano Joes, really good seafood restaurant. Walking distance from a great coffee shop. Less than 15mins away from other fun things to do such as the outlet mall, Fudpuckers (feed live gators), The Track (Go carts, Putt Putt etc). Ryan was very attentive, checked on us a few times during our stay to make sure everything was going good. It has 2 nice bikes available, my son rode one to the CVS that is about half a mile away. Plenty of chairs to take to the beach, umbrellas, floats, and other beach toys. Kitchen was stocked well with essentials for cooking and dining, bathrooms and bedrooms were clean, beds were very comfortable. I liked how one of the bedrooms was below the rest of the house with a walkout to a patio that has a street view to people watch. It was like my husband and I were in our own oasis while everyone else was upstairs. We really enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely book again!! Thanks Ryan!!

Perfect location , super clean! Beautiful beach across the street what more could you ask for?! After hurricane Ida 🥴 our family had a wonderful time relaxing here, Would highly recommended anyone with big family

This is a wonderful and clean house. Perfect location. The beach is amazing. We had two families and had lots of room and location to the beach was perfect.

Very nice property right next to the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were plenty of spaces for 2 families to spread out and sleep. Cleanliness was up to my expectations and the best part was that it was just few steps away from the beach. Would highly recommend for anyone with a big family.

Tri level beach condo

We really enjoyed our stay here! The decor was adorable and beach was just a block away. The beach was beautiful and we really enjoyed that it was not too populated or crowded. Check out Pampano Joes!
