Waters Edge Loft is located in the historic Colonial Building on the Black River only minutes walking distance from North Beach (7 mins.), South Beach (10 mins) and downtown South Haven (3 mins.). This active area is centrally located for easy access to dining, shopping and outdoor recreation. Park in the nearby free permitted lot and put your keys away for your stay. Watch the sunset on the large deck located on the river that is reserved for Colonial residents. This bright and newly updated space will not disappoint!

Perfect location, great getaway

Easy to walk everywhere in South Haven as well as just chill on the deck and people/water watch. Property was exactly as described, plus clean and with all the amenities we needed. Beth was communicative and helpful, will definitely stay again!

Great place for a last minute long weekend. The owner takes excellent care and attention to details. It’s very small but the space is maximized to its full potential. Lots of creative storage solutions to provide guests with just about every essential and even some nice extras and little comforts. The coffee and tea provided as well as the little touches (toiletries, enough tp and towels, etc) in the updated bathroom were greatly appreciated. Even provided ear plugs and a white noise machine in the bedroom to help muffle the road noise and sounds from neighbors upstairs. The off site parking is a bit inconvenient but it still served us well overall. It’s also one of the cleanest STRs we’ve stayed in.

As a first time vacationer in South Haven, we were totally surprised. The accommodations were wonderful and in a great location. We would definitely return not only to South Haven but also to the VRBO Waters Edge.

It was a great location...walking distance to shopping, dining, downtown, and the beach. The deck was a great place to watch the boats going in and out of the harbor. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

South Haven get away

The condo was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare our own meals. It’s a quick walk to the beach from the condo. The linens were very nice and the AC worked quite well. Great spot!

Lovely place!

We had a great stay here with our 3 year old daughter. Condo was lovely, clean and lots of practical items to use, including plenty of towels and coffee. Within walking distance of plenty of restaurants downtown, the beach (use a wagon or stroller with a young one), and it’s on the Harbor Walk downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location - clean and comfortable!

We had everything we needed at the condo. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, dishware, etc. Check in was easy. Parking was convenient. Enjoyed walking to restaurants and shops. Beach is within walking distance, too. Highly recommend for a family of 4.
