Waters Edge Loft is located in the historic Colonial Building on the Black River only minutes walking distance from North Beach (7 mins.), South Beach (10 mins) and downtown South Haven (3 mins.). This active area is centrally located for easy access to dining, shopping and outdoor recreation. Park in the nearby free permitted lot and put your keys away for your stay. Watch the sunset on the large deck located on the river that is reserved for Colonial residents. This bright and newly updated space will not disappoint!

Outstanding Property and Experience!

We had a fantastic 20th anniversary get away weekend at Water's Edge! The condo was great and had everything we needed! It was the perfect location with stunning views of the Black River and marina area and is extremely close to many great restaurants, bars, breweries, shops and the beach! We fell in love with South Haven on this trip and would absolutely stay here again. The owner was great to communicate with and gave us many good ideas for where to dine and shop and what activities were available for our 20th anniversary. Intro to Michigan

As a first time vacationer in South Haven, we were totally surprised. The accommodations were wonderful and in a great location. We would definitely return not only to South Haven but also to the VRBO Waters Edge.

Great location

It’s the best location you can have in South Haven. The condo supplied the little things you need without going to the store. Coffee (Got spoiled with the Keurig), toilet paper, paper towels, starter on shampoo, conditioner etc. Kleenex. It was small but very clean. I would definitely stay there again!!

Great Location

We were able to walk to most destinations. The property was well equipped and clean and the property manager was accessible. Enjoyed our stay.

Great Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and well stocked. The condo was also in a great location as we could walk to everything.

Very Clean and Well stocked, double booking issue

Everything was 5 stars. The only problem is the management booked another family to our room. My daughter was the only one at the condo when the other family arrived and it creatds a lot of stress as the other family didn’t want to leave the premesis. Turned out the management double booked the family by accident into the wrong unit. It took 45 minutes out of my vacation, had to leave a local bar to get back and handle the situation. Felt bad for the other family too because they had nowhere to go. Eventually they were able to get with management and resolve the issue. Would have been a five star stay without this issue .

Great location - clean and comfortable!

We had everything we needed at the condo. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, dishware, etc. Check in was easy. Parking was convenient. Enjoyed walking to restaurants and shops. Beach is within walking distance, too. Highly recommend for a family of 4.

South Haven Gem

Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location. Amazing views from the deck. Walking distance to everything. Condo was very clean and provided everything Excellent communication with the property manager. Definitely recommend.

South Haven get away

The condo was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare our own meals. It’s a quick walk to the beach from the condo. The linens were very nice and the AC worked quite well. Great spot!

Great location

The condo was decorated nicely and all of supplies we needed for cooking. Plenty of bedding andvthe beds were comfy. The deck is one of the best parts. Enjoyed a glass of wine while watching the boats come and go. Everything is within walking distance. I highly recommend this place. The only downfall was the floors were a bit sandy and we hadn't been on the beach yet..

Great!

Location was perfect; unit was as described; everything was very easy to deal with and we were completely satisfied with our experience. Only issue (and this obviously wasn't the hosts' fault) was that the unit above us was SO LOUD and we could hear EVERYTHING. They were active and noisy even at 2am which is difficult for folks with small children.

Comfortable Condo

We enjoyed our three day stay in South Haven, even though the weather was cool & cloudy. The condo was very clean, comfortable & conveniently located to the beach & shopping. Highly recommend for two-three people.

Fabulous!!!

We were very impressed with this condo. We have stayed in several in this building but must say this one was the nicest and had every amenity you could need. Owner was very responsive and we would totally recommend it. Only concern is that we will have trouble getting it if we praise it.

Highly Recommend!!!

My children and I had a wonderful time in South Haven and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Water’s Edge! The centralized location made for easy access to the beach and downtown area. The unit itself was beautifully updated, clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was a breeze and very timely. I guarantee anyone renting this location will be satisfied and I will definitely be considering staying here in the future!

Perfect Location

Our second year at Waters Edge! We love the location the unit is perfect for us. It’s always very clean. And lacks nothing. The Host is very easy to communicate with and very responsive. We look forward to spending many more stays at this location.

Ideal location; neat and clean

It was a great location...walking distance to shopping, dining, downtown, and the beach. The deck was a great place to watch the boats going in and out of the harbor. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

Cute & Comfy Condo

First thing I noticed was the condo was very clean(and I am picky). The lake-themed decor was so cute! The bed was super comfy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the location couldn't be beat for south or north shore. Beth made it so easy to reach out if we needed anything. Guess what! We didn't need a thing, because she had everything labelled and right at your fingertips. Thank you for opening your home to us. We had a fabulous weekend!
