Nice stay - Clean Property - Happy Stay

This is only my second VRBO stay. Property owner was helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean and TV's were huge.

Well maintained and convenient

We visited Houston for a wedding in the Sugar Land area. This property is renovated, well-maintained, has a pool and good backyard sitting area, and is conveniently located with good access to shopping, food and highways. Highly recommended! We'll stay again if in the area.

Nice place

The home was as described. Modern, clean, with the biggest TV I have ever seen and in a nice neighborhood. Close to lots of stores and attractions. The inside is updated but the outside needs some work. The pool is nice but they need to fix the sitting area and replace the furniture. All in all , we would stay there again !!

Great place to stay in Richmond/Sugar Land

Very nice house with a pool and everything you need for a great stay. The owner is very responsive to takiing care of issues and made our stay very enjoyable. The kitchen is well-stocked with untensils and you should be able to cook if you need to (although we did not). The house is very close to an HEB, Whataburger, Salt Grass, Buckee's and other stores and restaurants. We would defintely stay there again.

Very nice property! Lots of shopping and restaurants within 10 minutes. Very clean other than had to clean tub drains out so water could drain properly. Back porch and pool very nice! No access to do laundry on property. Check in very easy!

Week stay

House was fine and clean. Some dishes could have used another once over. Overall was decent for the stay. Beds comfy. Hot water heater made showers between and my spouse and I kind of miserable. First night showering at 10 pm after the drive in we had cold showers. Mentioned this to the homeowners and they said just run the water in other places. Just didn't help. We had to take 1-2 min showers each in order to have hot water. Made a "vacation" kind of miserable. Each day was a struggle for that. We brought our own towels and soaps but noticed they had some which is nice. No way to wash anything however with staying for a week. Not sure if it was locked away in the garage. But it's whatever with that. Had we not brought our own towels we would have been drying and washing with dirty towels. Too cold for the pool. However, the pool cleaner came to the house on our first morning and we had no idea so getting sunlight with thee curtains open and coming out of the shower with a strange man in the backyard was NOT pleasant. A heads up would have been nice. We received NO check out details or to do items so we tidied up and took out trash but had nothing to do with towels and bedding. Thanks.

Wonderful property

Wonderful location in a peaceful neighborhood with lots of beautiful updates inside, a relaxing patio area by the pool with landscaping/features that gently light up at night. The only thing that would make it better would be a tv in the master bedroom and in the patio area. Will definitely check availability here with future trips!
