Beware the street is closed - gravel/ dust construction zone- neighborhood looks to be under a lot of construction - midsize SUV barely fit into driveway due to overgrown bush. The townhouse is nice however, furnishings outdated and beds were made with top sheet backwards- no tvs in the bedrooms and minimal USB outlets for charging devices -

Beautiful house and enjoyable stay

We loved this house. It was roomy and clean and beautiful. We had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we slept well. We didn't get hardly any noise from the Railroad switchyard. I would stay here again.

Property was just as described. Great location to downtown. Very clean and well maintained. We had a few issues with check in around using the split units and the Wi-Fi was unplugged but response from Cheryl was very quick and helpful. The unit had a great view of the mountains with two balconies of the second and third floors. Cheryl was very thoughtful in providing quite a few towels, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent and some other necessities. Would highly recommend this place.

Roomy and well appointed

Location is very convenient to downtown. Kitchen is very large and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Closets were full of owner items which made hanging up clothes challenging. The train coupling noise is something we’ve heard every time we visit Missoula. So it doesn’t bother us at all. This was a nice place to stay!

A really, really excellent place in Missoula

Great place/great location. Very comfortable place to stay. Pictures of the place are accurate - the pictures probably do not do justice to the skyline views from the second floor. Neighborhood is very nice and close to downtown....also (as with most places near downtown Missoula) close to the railyard, but we found that added to the charm. Communications with the property manager were very easy and timely. Highly recommend.

Great Location

So close to downtown, but quiet, and roomier, nicer and less expensive than two downtown hotel rooms. Will stay longer next time.

Great value and a nice clean home.

Overall a very positive experience. The home was as described, a new townhome that was extremely clean and comfortable. The location, in terms of proximity to downtown and Washington grizzly stadium, was really nice, it was very easy to get where we wanted to be. The only downside of the location would be how close it was to the train track, if you’re a light sleeper. The neighborhood asthetic is nothing to write home about either, but it was safe and comfortable.

We have been staying in Florence at a cabin in the woods. This was a nice change of scenery, close in & many food options to explore. The neighborhood was nice & friendly. The train track proximity took some getting used to.
