The house interior smells and we had to leave early. I did not do enough research on location and quality of house. I don’t view that as misrepresentation from rentor. I learned my lesson.

Great location!

This is a great location very close to Butler University. Comfortable beds, easy parking and exactly as written. The backyard fire pit is great, unfortunately we were visiting on a cold and rainy/snowy weekend but had it been nice it would have been a great place to relax and enjoy. I would definitely stay here again, and plan to when visiting our daughter at Butler in the future!

Great location with easy access to downtown

Stayed here while attending DCI finals week. Clean, quiet location with easy access to downtown and Broad Ripple. Backyard was great and enjoyed the opportunity to relax outside.

Convenient stay

We had a conference at nearby Butler University. Staying here made it easy to come and go throughout the days.

Great Stay!

We were visiting family for the Christmas and stayed here to be closer to them. Raj was extremely attentive and the house was perfect for our family. Thanks for the great stay!

Overall inside house was clean but yard was mess. Over night pests dragging garbage to yard. Front door extremely hard to open. No place to dine for dinner as parking very limited. Feel price was high and photos exaggerated..

Great location near Butler University

Enjoyed our stay. Very close to Butler University which is just what we wanted. House was clean. Beds were comfortable.

Great neighborhood location

We enjoyed our stay. Great location,nice neighborhood. It was very clean upon arrival , had plenty of extra towels. Host was very responsive. Had no issues.

Indy convenience

We enjoyed the house and ease of checkin/out. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, snacks. Great job hosting. Definitely recommend.
