This former boarding house, in a charming setting, is located 100 metres from the Manoir d'Ango, a magnificent historic summer palace built in the early 16th century by the powerful shipowner Jehan Ango.

All rooms and bathrooms have been renovated.

This pretty farmhouse with its authentic character is ideally located in the village of Varengeville sur mer, on the way to the sea (1500 metres) and the village centre at 800 metres.

The house is situated in the middle of a large garden, which will undoubtedly please the children who will be able to play to their heart's content.

The cachet of the house with its brick and flint facade, its exposed beams, its floor tiles, make it a charming and above all convivial place.

The living room is comfortable with its very large sofa and especially its large fireplace which ensures pleasant moments of relaxation to enjoy with family and friends.

The kitchen, where meals are taken, has everything you need for those who like to cook.

On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed (160cm), another with two single beds (80cm) that can be joined together to make a double bed (160cm), depending on preference; the third bedroom has three bunk beds (90cm).

There are two bathrooms, one with a bath, the other with a shower. Separate toilet.

On the first floor you enter through a dormitory room (3 beds 90cm), to access a large bedroom with a double bed (160cm). Between the two there is a bathroom with toilet and washbasin.

Access to the first floor is via an outside staircase.

Two cars can be parked at the entrance to the garden.

The house is east/west facing and gets plenty of sunshine all day long.



You will spend a relaxing moment in harmony with the nature which surrounds you.
