Wake up to golden sunrises over the treetops and fall asleep under a blanket of stars at this peaceful country retreat. This spacious guest house sits on over 40 acres and offers the perfect blend of comfort and countryside charm.

Meet friendly pigs, cows, and chickens just a short walk away, or cast a line in your own private, stocked pond. We’re just minutes from the public boat launch and fairgrounds, and only 30 minutes from First Monday Trade Days in Canton.

Equestrian guests are welcome—please message us if you’re traveling with horses.

The house was so nice and comfortable. It was well stocked with everything we could possibly need and a very peaceful stay. The owners were very friendly. We’d stay here again if we were back in town!

The house was very clean and felt brand new when you walked in. The location is very peaceful and quiet with amazing views. We visited Athens for my husband and his brother’s high school reunion so this location was close enough to downtown.

House was just as described. Very clean, comfortable and location was great. We were there for work with the East Texas State Fair livestock show. We loved that it was in the country but still so close to the fairgrounds, food and Walmart. Easy check in process. Would stay there again.

Our stay was wonderful!!! The home was beautifully maintained and equipped. It provided everything we needed and more. It was conveniently located to our destination (Lone Star Camp) and local businesses, stores and eateries. The owners (& family) were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Athens Girls Getaway

Cute house in the country in Athens. The house was clean, decorated cute and had everything we needed. This was a great house and location for a girl's getaway. Convenient to Lake Athens, fairgrounds, shopping and dining. Will definitely book again when staying in the area!

Fantastic Getaway

We loved our stay on this farm. The house was perfect for our family. The hosts were amazing. It was quiet, comfortable and relaxing. The location was great for going into town and running around East Texas.

Great rental!

This was a great rental. Process from reservation thru checkout was seamless. Only thing I didn’t see when making reservation is that all bedrooms are upstairs. That wouldn’t have been a game changer for me personally but others in my group might have had a different opinion. I would rent this property again. Thanks !
