Escape to relaxation at this lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Lakefront home! This Ranch style lake house has a few steps to the front door and several more to your own private dock and a fun packed furnished boat house with a Ping Pong table, Foosball table, Dartboard, Arcade style double basketball hoop, Lilly Pad and a Mini fridge to keep your drinks cold and popsicles frozen.

The interior of the lake house will welcome you with a massive wall of windows overlooking breathtaking lake views with the most colorful sunsets! Gather around the large dining room table for meals, playing games, puzzles or to plan your next day adventure! The kitchen is fully Equipped with all your cooking essentials! You’ll feel right at home with our thoughtful decor, comfortable furnishings and an oversized natural rock fireplace with an electric insert for cozy evenings! We provide fresh towels, as well as beach towels.

Groceries & supplies are a short drive to Laurie, or take the Community Bridge to spend the day at the Outlet Mall in Osage Beach, or the souvenir shops on the Bagnell Dam strip. There are many great restaurants within minutes away by boat or land. We are across the lake from Jolly Rogers, around the corner from Lake Burger and a few miles from Coconuts beach bar and grill!

If you love to FISH, this is the spot for you! You can cast your line right from the dock and into our established crappie beds which attract a great variety of fish! Keep your eyes open around the dock, if you’re lucky, you might spot some turtles swimming by!

We have a spacious deck with a gas grill for all your BBQ's and cookouts, a dining area to enjoy your outdoor meals and a sitting area with a propane fire pit where you can relax and enjoy the gorgeous views by the fire!

The dock is partially covered and has a picnic table. You’re welcome to bring your own boat or rent one from the local marina! We have one boat slip space available for your use. We have a 4-person pedal boat and a canoe for your enjoyment! Feel free to bring your own fishing gear & life jackets.

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with very little traffic. Safe for kids, dogs, walkers and Joggers. Indian Rock Golf Course & Westlake Cinemas are both close by and minutes away to Jacobs cave for a little spelunking.

The lake house front is surrounded by heavily wooded area which invites many visiting deer, possums, squirrels, bunnies and birds galore- including an eagle which lives in a nearby tree!

We look forward to hosting you and your family at our Lake House and helping you create unforgettable memories! Please note: This property is equipped with an exterior security camera located by the front door, overlooking the driveway for your safety.

Beautiful Place to Stay!

We had never been to this area before. This was a very nice place right on the lake. Beautiful sunsets overlooking the lake and such a fun open house. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view of the lake

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The views from the property are amazing. Everything was just as described. The game room was a nice feature that we used a lot. The boats create a lot of waves, but we enjoyed it. It’s about a 40 minute drive to the strip, but it’s very doable. We enjoyed a few days on the water, but also went to the strip for lunch, shopping and ice cream. Would definitely go back here! Thank you!

Perfect getaway

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and inviting. The view was spectacular!! The kids loved the boat house. The owner/host was kind and quick to respond to our questions. We had a great stay!!

Relax on the lake

We had the best time. The hosts were very gracious and friendly. We enjoyed the house right on the lake, swimming, fishing and canoeing. The house was clean and had everything we needed We will definitely go back and stay again.

Perfect stay

Everything was as listed. We stayed at the property every day and didn't want to leave. Perfect for grilling out, swimming, fishing and boating. The location was easy to find and the house couldn't have been better.

Perfect set up

We really enjoyed the boathouse & dock area and feel it adds tremendous value to the property! We could hangout there all day and yet have the expansive deck attached to the home for a different view & evening dinner

Wonderful house, great location, lots of fun!!

The house and lake are beautiful. Location was perfect for going to hot spots, the water gets rough on Saturday so boats and wave runners get thrown around easily at the dock. Lots of biting spiders on the dock and in the garage but we partied there anyway!!! Owner Jim is so sweet and is very helpful. We will be back, already planning for next year!!!!

House & Views are Amazing

The house was stocked with every supply you could want. We were very impressed with all the game options and kitchen supplies. Beds were comfortable and views from the house were beautiful. The boat house provided entertainment even on the rainy days we had. The upper deck was great with beautiful, comfy furniture. Parking space was ample and easy to maneuver with our truck & boat trailer. The dock & lower patio would greatly benefit from more frequent power washing, some repairs, especially of the boat slip area, and removal of broken,unusable furniture & hammocks. The weather and wildlife can quickly break things down so it might a good idea to place a few deck boxes and ask guests to place cushions in them nightly & prior to departure. We would have been more than willing to do so. I would further recommend repairing or replacing the grill as not all of the burners work at the same time.

Comfy house with stunning views

We had a great time at this home. The house is wonderful, comfy and beautiful appointed. The views are amazing. We loved the ping pong table and all the inflatables we could us. The Lili pad was great too. The porch and the deck invites dir hanging out. The fire pit was awesome for smores. The owner was really kind too. We came during the July 4th weekend and the water at the dock was quite choppy making it tricky to canoe or swim, especially for the kids. The water calmed down after the weekend. Overall a great stay in a lovely location.

Great Lake House

The Lakehouse was perfect for our little adults only get away. The host was extremely helpful and gracious through the entire process of booking, asking questions, arrival and checkout. We enjoyed sitting in the boat house, playing games and fishing off the dock. We stayed during the very lake busy Labor Day weekend. Other then the boat traffic which caused HUGE waves that gave our boat a little bit of damage due to there not being a lift to use (no fault of anyone) we were very happy with our stay. Buy mid Monday afternoon, the boat traffic slowed down and the lake was calm and beautiful! We would definitely return to this property, just not if we are bringing our boat to the very busy holiday lake!

Vacation with friends

The house was great, an amazing view and great outdoor living spaces. Nearby Laurie with grocery stores and restaurants. The first day we were there, the A/C had an issue. Jim the property manager was super responsive and had the A/C working again in just a few hours. We had our 6 year old with us. She loved fishing off the boat dock and hanging out on the lily pad. We also met the neighbors Doug and Sue the next dock/house over. Very friendly and helpful.

Kids had a blast!

Kids could have jumped off the dock all day long (and pretty much did)! They enjoyed the boat house entertainment area, water floats and lily pad, too! They also played with the games inside the house. Tuckered out each night from all the fun! Being on the main channel water was choppy some days but the kids thought the big waves were fun. May want to consider that with smaller ones, our youngest was 6 and he did fine (all wore life vests). Adult stuff: View from the house and deck were wonderful! It was literally the best stocked rental we've ever stayed in, and we vacation a lot! We brought so much stuff from home that we could have left behind. The kitchen island was so handy with kids and again, great views even from the kitchen. One negative was that there were hundreds of dead mosquitos in the boat house that we had to clean upon arrival, as the property is treated for them. Although a little gross, I'd rather deal with dead ones than biting ones :) We had a great time! Thanks to Polly and Jim for providing a super fun time on the water!

Perfect Family Getaway

We had an excellent stay as a family of 5 plus our 4-legged friend! The home was the perfect size and very clean! Beds were comfortable and all needed items were available at the house! The full kitchen and grill allowed for relaxed evening meals to be prepared at the house. We greatly enjoyed hanging out at the dock house and swimming in the morning, afternoon and evening. The neighborhood is quiet and rural. We saw many deer and other wildlife. There are several restaurants and stores within about 10 minute drive. It was approximately a 45 min drive to Osage Beach and other “touristy” areas. The lake was calm enough for kids ages 8-14 to swim without issue. The lily pad, rafts, and paddle boat were used often, and we were so thankful to not have to find somewhere to rent these items. My kids were immediately asking to return next year! A great experience and the owners were very responsive!

Beautiful property, but beware of spiders.

The house is very nice, comfy beds, plenty of seating, well appointed and has lots of little extras. Great selection of kitchen gadgets, spices etc that we weren't expecting. The view is amazing!! Jim, the property manager was very responsive and nice. The spider situation is more than I was expecting. I am sure for those that have stayed on the lake before, it is a non issue. If spiders and webs don't bother you, you will be just fine. They are everywhere on the dock, boathouse and deck. Hundreds that make quick work of web building. I know they work to keep that population down, but it is something to really be aware of, if you have issues with spiders. We didn't use the boathouse and sparingly used the dock as a result. Overall, very nice property that clearly has had thought to guest comfort. Thanks for a fun week.

Great views, filthy boat house

This house had amazing views of the lake and was on a very secluded road, which was very nice. When we first arrived, we were greeted by the property manager, who showed us around. When we first entered the boat house, the ping pong table was covered in a lot of dead bugs and spiders, the property manager grabbed the nearest thing ( which was a life jacket hanging on the wall) and swept them off the table and onto the ground. And said the boat house was recently sprayed for spiders. After the property manager left, we got to start looking around and noticed the whole boat house was filthy. All the furniture had spiders and webs on them. My husband had to tie a rope to the metal chairs and dunk them in the lake and wipe them down for us to sit in. The wicker furniture was very dirty and covered in webs. We never used those or the cushion chairs that sit out in the weather. The patio set down by the water never gets used and needs replaced. The fridge had dead bugs in it, and all over it. When it was time we wanted to swim, we had to scrub and clean the 2person tube, it was covered in dead bugs and had a hole it in, the yellow floating mat had giant holes in it and needs replaced. We wanted to use the paddle boat but didn't feel like cleaning that as well so no one used it besides the spiders. For the boat house to be listed as part of this rental, it should be cleaned better and provide usable lake accessories like it mentions. A good brooming to the webs would help. The inside of the house was nice, the views were great and the 3 bedrooms was perfect for our family. The pots and pans all need replaced , they all were burnt on the inside and the frying pan was warped really bad. We mostly used the grill. My family and I won't be recommending this property or booking again.

Lovely! Lovely!

The property is better in person than in the photos, and just lovely. The view is AMAZING and makes every moment spent there special as you look out at the lake. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner at the house, and the kitchen had everything we could have needed and more, we actually brought too much stuff from home not knowing how well stocked the kitchen would be with tools and gadgets; they thought of everything. The neighborhood is a tiny little lake enclave, so you feel secluded but not isolated. It is a beautiful little spot and morning walks in the lake fog were dreamlike. The property manager is great, super helpful and friendly, and available if you need anything. We are already planning our next trip back.

Overall very happy with the stay. The home was clean and was fully stocked with everything needed for a long vacation. Only complaint is out of the owners hands. The location of the home and dock was at a very busy section of the lake. My boat took a beating in the boat slip and you can not swim on weekends because of all the boat traffic.
