Tastefully Remodeled Deer Valley Town home situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in the trees adjacent to open space!

Beautiful hardwood and stone flooring throughout.

Conveniently located only one mile to Historic Main Street, also less than 1 mile to the Deer Valley base lodge.

Free door-to-door shuttle service to the Deer Valley base lodge provided by the HOA and Deer Valley Resort. Free Park City shuttle service to all 3 ski resorts (Park City, Deer Valley, Canyons) .

Our great room is perfect for family gatherings and features vaulted ceilings, large stone fireplace, solarium windows with soaring mountain and resort views! Several comfortable seating areas including 2 game tables. Large flat screen tv including blu-ray dvd.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, granite counters, and breakfast bar. The adjacent dining room is cozy, yet large enough to seat 8. Enjoy the outdoor patio, great for relaxing and viewing the vista of open space.

All three bedrooms have lovely private adjacent bathrooms, with full size slate showers.
The master bedroom is located on the upper level and features a private deck with resort views, vaulted ceilings, queen bed with luxurious linens (see updated photo), two vanities, walk-in closet, work space, large flat screen tv.

The second and third bedrooms are cozy and have views of open space. Both feature queen beds with all new luxury linens, flat screen tvs with integrated dvd players.

The entry level contains a large guest closet, ski room with bench to comfortably remove and stash your gear, plus ski glove and ski boot dryers to Keep your hands & feet warm & dry with the glove & ski boot dryers! Private full size washer & dryer.

A separate powder room is located off the main level.

Free high-speed internet (wired) and wi-fi (wireless) provided.

NOTE: Parking for 1 car on driveway (garage not available).

Family ski trip

Our family took a last minute ski trip trip after Christmas. I was afraid we wouldn’t be able to find a nice place to stay with such short notice, but we totally lucked out with this property! It was perfect for our family of 5. The home had everything we needed, great location, very cozy! We actually extended our stay with 2 extra nights!

This home is a great location for skiing in Deer Valley, Park City and for going into town. Great mountain views and very comfortable. It is well stocked and both the owner and manager were very responsive. We would stay here again.

Great Stay!

This property was an excellent choice for DV skiing. The courtesy shuttle to and from the Snow Lake lodge was so convenient and easy to navigate through the app. Amenities were as advertised and the Owner not only provided great information at the unit but also answered our questions patiently and promptly. Location is also just a short ride to Main Street for dining, drinking and/or shopping. Thanks for a great getaway.

Spacious, feels like home

Gorgeous mountain views out huge windows; very well stocked kitchen allowing us to have all our meals at the condo, great room open design allowed for spacious seating for all of us, allowing space to lounge, do office work, etc. all in one room. Owners were very helpful.

Girlfriends Getaway

Just a lovely 4 days in beautiful Deer Valley/Park City for 5 girlfriends! Location was perfect- 5 minutes to Main Street Park City and 5 minutes to the ski resorts - yet private setting at the top of a cul de sac overlooking the mountains! large LR with plenty of cozy seating for watching Olympics, Super Bowl and movies! Update the VRBO pictures to show the new bedding- perfect! Janet was wonderful to work with ! Will definitely be back ! Thank you !

Excellent ski condo

We booked this property over the Christmas holiday. Janet was a pleasure to correspond with. She responded quickly and was happy to accommodate requests (like me mailing a Christmas tree to the property!). We arrived to find the tree decorated already and my kids were thrilled. The pictures don’t do this condo justice; the common area is larger than photos suggest. Being an end unit, the views are spectacular for 270 degrees! We saw a lot of wildlife The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with good quality kitchen gear, knives, and gadgets. All appliances were newer and worked well. Beds were comfortable, water was hot, shower pressure was great! Some of the bedrooms got a bit chilly but we knew that and heaters and tons of of blankets were provided. Wish there was a bunk bed in one of the bedrooms for more flexibility! The lowest level was perfect for storing ski gear and the boot dryer was awesome We were able to fit an extended Yukon Denali in the garage parked at an angle We got TONS of snow and the driveway and road was plowed by 7 am every morning The door to door ski shuttle was amazing. We will be back!

I’m not exaggerating when I say perfect.

This property surpassed all our wildest dreams. It is beyond beautiful and so luxurious. The location is central and the views are completely gorgeous. Susan’s hospitality made it even better. From her little gifts to her patience and understanding throughout. You will not regret choosing this incredible place for your stay! Cannot wait to come back!

this is a nice property and well cared for. The location is excellent, the shuttles work great. It's 5 stars except the heating system is a bit uneven and space heaters are needed( they were provided) .The boot dryers were a nice touch, and the garage keeps the car dry. great spot, and i recommend it! Susan was helpful and responsive , fixed out television cable on a sunday. Thank you

Great location, nice view

We had a very nice stay in this three bedroom townhouse. The place is in great shape, and felt comfortable as a home away from home while we were there. The kitchen had all the dishes and items that we needed, the living space was spacious and the view from the atrium-style windows overlooked the ski slope just a short ways across the valley. The bedrooms were comfortable, each one having it's own full bath, along with a 1/2 bath in the main living space. And the master bedroom is huge, taking up the entire top floor. Plus the property manager was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay there again.

Absolutely Amazing

Spent 4 days skiing at Deer Valley. The place was perfect for the 5 of us. Ideal location and had everything we could possibly need. Susan was very responsive and was a pleasure to deal with. We'll be back the next chance we get!

Oh Deer.....what a place

The shuttle pickup and drop off ( if you are going to ski at Deer Valley ) is a nice touch and door to door. The unit is fully equipped with accessories, incidentals and all you need for an extended stay. Boot warmers, ski racks, washer/dryer, etc. three bedrooms, each with private bath makes for nice privacy. Comfortable and clean. Owner/manager is communicative, responsive and cooperative. Made it easy. Great for three individuals or a family. We will be back Deer!

Outstanding property!

We had a great week in Deer Valley staying at 1853 Amber Court. Very spacious floor plan, nice to have a two car garage, and a central location. Also very convenient to have a bathroom for each bedroom! We loved the open feeling and view of the ski mountain!

Great time in Deer Valley!

Property was perfect for our time in Deer Valley. Home is large, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We were a family of 4, but could easily accommodate 6-8. Proximity to Snow Park Lodge and Main Steet was ideal. Shuttle was easy and convenient. Equipment storage and dryer were great. Susan, the property manager, was helpful and available.

Great location/floorplan/view

Went for ski trip with my daughter and her friend. There's a Deer Valley shuttle that runs every 20 minutes and picks you up by front door. You can call the shuttle also to come get you. There's also a hill to sled on (and sleds in the garage) right outside front door. Nice floor plan with three bedrooms all with their own bathrooms and a 1/2 bathroom. Kitchen well-equipped. Would stay here again.

Convenient Location and Well Appointed

This is our second time staying in this condo. I think the fact we repeated probably says it all. This is a spacious, well equipped and comfortable unit. It has a beautiful view of the Deer Valley and is very convenient to Main Street in Park City. I am sure we will return. The listing description is accurate, the property is spotless and Susan seems to be always available whenever we have had a question or for help with lift tickets.

Spring Break 2016

A great location, and Susan the property manager was very helpful. The Deer Valley Signature Edition Shuttle from the condo to Snow Park Lodge and back is great--usually 3 minutes or so after calling, and less if a shuttle is already at Snow Park Lodge. Without meeting the owners, having stayed in a lot of similar kinds of places, this one stands out, because you can tell the owners care.

A beautiful condo minutes away from the mountain.

This property is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained. Susan, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful. It's literally minutes from the slopes and a free shuttle picks you up and drops you off at your door. The only thing to consider is that the layout is quite vertical with lots of stairs. Families with little ones should be careful in socks (no shoes allowed past the mud room). All in all, a pleasure.
