Built at the beginning of the 20th century by a Norman notable, the Villa Sainte Anne was bequeathed to an association to become a holiday destination for nuns. <br>The property is located between Honfleur and Deauville, on the Côte Fleurie, and right next to Villerville, voted one of the most beautiful villages in France.<br>The Villa offers a magnificent sea view and is a 5-minute walk from the beach of Cricqueboeuf.<br>A large garden and an inner courtyard (with barbecue facilities) are at your disposal.<br>The "Adèle" apartment of 40 m2, duplex, consists of a living room and a toilet on the 1st level. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave...). The bedroom is upstairs with a shower room.<br>The apartment was completely redone in 2023.<br>Bed linen and towels can be provided with an extra charge of 30€.<br>Free private parking is available.<br>A washing machine is available in the common areas.
