The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table to dine with loved ones. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The modern kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Immerse yourself in the grandeur of the Porte d'Aquitaine, the Béchade Garden, the Great Synagogue of Bordeaux and the Saint Eligius Church.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tram station, Barrière Saint-Genès, is just a 2-minute walk.

Bordeaux Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
