The Mountainside Cottage is located near the famous Cane Bay beach. From your door it will be a 3 minute walk to the beach! The on site dive shop, hiking trail, and restaurant make it so you’ll never need to leave. Our cottages are fully equipped with necessities to make your trip to St. Croix as relaxing as possible. We had a great week. The staff was very accommodating. The beach was hoppin & the swimming and snorkeling was great. Really convenient to have a dive shop & restaurant/bar on site. Our cottage was cozy complete with TV, A/C & little yard with covered picnic table

Cottages at the landing

Location is wonderful. Walking distance to one of the best beaches on the island. We always enjoy our stay at Winn’s cottages. Never disappoints.

Winn is a very nice lady. The dive shop is nice with friendly staff. The beach side tiki bar is a great addition with the new people running it. They are so friendly. We have stayed here many times but first time in the mountain side cabin. Mountain side was the least favorite of all the others we’ve stayed in. The outdoor shower needed some attention. We would have moved to one of the other spots if it was available. But over all a great place to stay and we will be back.

This place is awesome !

🤣Unexpectedly awesome ! Close to the beach and great food and live music, but with a completely calm and rural feeling. Thick stone walls on our unit meant quiet sleep. We will look to stay here next time also

Wonderful Cane Bay Lodging

This is a cute cottage just a short walk to a fantastic beach with excellent snorkeling. The owner, Win, is very friendly and accommodating, and hosted live music at her restaurant/bar venue which is down by the main road which we enjoyed. She has also built a hiking trail through her property with great views. If you are looking for fairly priced lodging near the beach this is a very nice spot! Minor issues that we found were promptly attended to. This is not a high-end resort, nor did we expect such; but, it was quite comfortable for our stay.

Family-friendly, flexible, and so much fun

We had a great time at the Cane Bay cabins. We checked in late, and were able to find everything easily. Win was very friendly and hospitable, and there was enough to do around the property (diving, snorkeling, hiking, restaurant, pool) that we stayed very local for most of our trip. Our kids had a great time and we would definitely come again. The cottages are fairly spartan, but still manage to have everything you need.
