Big Papa Bear Cub House w/ Hot Tub & Mountain View

This dog friendly 4-bedroom cabin rental is perfect for large families and groups of friends! Whether you're hanging out on the large decks and grilling, or relaxing in the hot tub or by the firepit, cozying up next to the indoor/outdoor fireplaces, or enjoying the spacious floor plan, the beautiful nature surroundings offer the perfect backdrop to your relaxing getaway in the mountains!

The Main Floor features an open living room with porch access, a beautiful stone wood burning fireplace, and a Satellite TV with DVD player and DVDs, making meal times and movie nights extra cozy. The main level deck features a gas fireplace, outdoor seating, and a gas grill. Enjoy the gorgeous mountain views and soak up nature! Firewood will not be provided. This can be purchased at Walmart, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, or Ingles.

The dining room table seats 6-7 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, electric stove/oven, microwave, cooking mitts, bbw tools, cutting boards, knives and cooking utensils, pitcher, pots and pans, blender, toaster, muffin pan, silverware, dining ware, wine opener, can opener, measuring utensils, mixing bowls, Black + Decker 12 cup Coffee Pot and salt/pepper. There is a gas grill on the deck. If grill is used it is to renter to clean the grill grates of food particles.

There are two bedrooms on the Main Floor. The first bedroom is the kids room and features 4 single mattresses (2 bunk beds). (The pictures show 1 bunk bed and a single. This is about to be upgraded to 2 bunk beds in December). There is a satellite TV and telescope in this bedroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a satellite TV. The main level bathroom has a full sized tub/shower combo.

The loft features an open King sized bed with a satellite TV and a full sized tub/shower bathroom.

The Lower Level features a pool table, Onni sound system, and the washer/dryer. There is a King bedroom on this level with a gas fireplace, Mr. Coffee 12 Cup Coffee Pot, Satellite TV, mini fridge, and porch access. (Please note that gas fireplaces in this cabin are only operable October through April as they heat the entire cabin.) The outdoor porch features a hammock, outdoor seating, and a 5 person Hot Tub. The bathroom on this level has a tiled shower and dual sinks.

The cabin and hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay. All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement pdf and provide proof of ID.

This is a smoke/vape free cabin signs are posted in and outside of cabin. If smoke is smelled by cleaners upon arrivail a $300 deep cleaning fee will be charged to guest.

$50 pet fee per dog and all dogs must be house trained. If you are bringing your dog, please let us know when booking. You must agree to keep your dogs off the furniture, keep them crated when left alone at the cabin, and to pick up after them in the yard.
