• Rental car strongly recommended – St. Thomas has steep hills, limited sidewalks, and taxis can be expensive or unreliable in residential areas.
• The road to the house is steep but paved; detailed driving directions are provided for easy arrival.
• Backup generator powers the entire home in case of island outages.
• Pack ’n play and high chair available — no need to bring baby gear.
• Grocery delivery and itinerary planning available through our local concierge service.

Fabulous house!

This house is beautifully furnished and the location overlooking the water was really great. Nice to watch cruise ships coming into port. Our kids especially loved the pool. The host was very responsive to our requests.

Amazing family stay in St Thomas

My entire family loved staying at Sunset Terrace. Lots of space, clean, amazing views, and a well stocked kitchen. Communication with the owner was excellent. We barely used the downstairs apartment but it was great for some work zooms that required some privacy.

Wonderful View

We had a VERY pleasant stay at Sunset Terrace. The villa is well equipped and very comfortable. The view from the property are magnificent. In the morning you can see the cruise ships coming into port just below the villa.

Great view of the harbor

House was plenty big for 6. We stayed in the separate apartment type room and loved having privacy from the other couples. We cooked breakfast every morning. Pool was great and we spent most of our evening time on the covered patio

Perfect St. Thomas Rental!!!

House was perfect for our family of adults and teens. Great location. Beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Washer and dryer was a big plus. Amazing views every day! Pool and outdoor grilling area were perfect. Ashley was quick to respond to any questions promptly. We had an awesome week in St. Thomas. I would 100% recommend Sunset Terrace for your next rental!!

Our favorite house rental ever!

Our family of 4 adults and 2 kids (under 5) had the most wonderful 2 week stay. We had zero issues and everything in the home was even better than the pictures. The home had all the necessities and plenty of space to unpack (empty cabinet space for food, drawers and closets for clothes and places to keep the empty luggage). It made the space very much like home. There were pool floats and sand toys for the kids, beach chairs, a cooler — everything you can think of. We have stayed in a lot of houses in the Caribbean including a few others on St Thomas and this was THE best one, comfortable and updated. When staying on St Thomas the location here is ideal because it’s central to the best attractions (5 min to Havensight , 10 to downtown, 15 to redhook) It also makes a huge difference that the property is south facing which provides full day sunshine at the pool. Watching the sunset every night from the pool or the balcony was fantastic. Other things that we loved about this place were that the water was UV filtered and drinkable from the fridge (no need to buy excessive amounts of bottled water) and there was a generator for the not uncommon island power outages (we had none but great to know it was there!) Next time we return to St Thomas this will be the place we book for certain.

Beautiful property

This property worked wonderfully for our family. We had 6 couples and we each had our own area. The view was really nice. Kitchen was stocked. We have no complaints.

Great house in the hills around Charlotte Amalie

This is a great property in the secluded hills above the coast with fantastic views, and all the amenities as stated in the listing. Very close to Charlotte Amalie's restaurants and activities (5-15 mins), Red Hook and neighborhing beaches (15-20 mins), and Megan's Bay area beaches (15-20 mins).

Compared to other rental properties in St. Thomas, we especially like Sunset Terrace for its central location and wonderful views. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The house has: very few steps or stairs; is fully air-conditioned; great mesh Wifi coverage; large W/D; new appliances; and has a beautiful interior space to de-stress and enjoy your vacation. :-)
