The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 80 m2 house in Andernos for rent, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 travellers. The house comprises a living room, an open-plan lounge, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The composition of Wood House :
- A very nice living room with TV, dining area overlooking the terrace, open kitchen fully equipped, large fridge, induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee grinder, no microwave
- On the ground floor, a double bedroom with closet and cupboard storage, a bedroom with 2 single beds, closet and cupboard storage, they both have French windows and overlook the garden.
- Bathroom with large Italian shower, basin and vanity, towel dryer, toilet.
On the first floor:
- A double bedroom with cupboards, spectacular bull's eye with perspective on the living room, window.
-A bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and cupboard, towel dryer, wc
- An office space with a linear work surface that can be used as a baby's room, the villa provides a cot.
Reversible air-conditioning for the ground floor, electric heating on the first floor, wooden shutters everywhere.

You will be able to park your car in front of the house without paying.

- The various markets in each village, the ports with their oyster huts
- The shopping streets of the city center, its restaurants, its pier
- The market renowned for its high quality stalls
- The beaches of the basin, the ocean, the waves, the surf, the Grand Crohot at 15mn
- The bike rides, lots of cycle tracks
- The Dune of Pyla in Arcachon
- The Cabanes Tchanquées, the banc d'Arguin, paradise on earth, (departures from the Thiers pier in Arcachon)
- The tip of Cap Ferret and its lighthouse, l'Herbe superb small village of oyster farmers, the Canon, crisscross everywhere between Cap Ferret and Arcachon, there are wonders to discover!

Arcachon:
You take advantage of all its attractions, go to discover the spectacular district of the City of Winter with its superb houses beginning of the century, its park, its belvedere with an unobstructed view on the Basin!
The little train in front of the Arcachon tourist office will give you lots of ideas of things to discover and a nice general view, for children as well as for adults...
At noon, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Basin, the port of La Teste is waiting for you, or Gujan, or at the market of Arcachon or La Teste (bring a container if you wish to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request), then leave to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla!
If you feel like taking to the sea, regular boat shuttles from the Thiers pier to Cap Ferret, the island of birds, the famous cabanes tchanquées!
The Arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth! Descent of the Leyre river, to the ornithological park in Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak, sublime!

- Ornithological reserve of Teich at 30km
- Arcachon Zoo route de Cazaux, a good day of relaxation and change of scenery, Aqualand in Gujan,
- Typical market in Cap Ferret and La Teste on Saturday and Sunday, the market halls, but also many market gardeners outside, organic production, cheese from the Pyrenees, confits, foie gras, shoes, clothes etc., guaranteed atmosphere, a small glass of white wine or coffee at the end!

Transportation :
- By car Bordeaux at 50 km
- Train from Bordeaux, stop at Biganos and bus to the center of Andernos
- Boat shuttle from Arcachon to Andernos (ask the UBA for the schedule according to the tides)
