This one bedroom, one bath home sits right on Old Hickory Lake, The interiors unique furnishings has a rustic cozy cabin feel.. The relaxing screened in back deck overlooks the large lakeside back yard.

Full kitchen opened to the living room for staying connected to family and guest. Enjoy your prepared meals in the sunroom to have a near panoramic view. Propane gas grill for grilling those favorite meals on an open deck. Fire pit with lake views. A 2 person peddle boat and 2 stand up paddle boards are available for guests to explore around the lake.

Brick electric fireplace in the living room while relaxing on the leather couch and chairs in front of flat screen TV, two sliding glass doors open onto the covered screened in deck, overlooking the back yard with views of the lake.

King and queen sized beds set with memory cool gel foam mattress. Recently remodeled bathroom.

THE LOCATION

30 minutes from downtown Nashville, located between Gallatin and Hendersonville. This lakefront property offers easy access to outdoor adventures and exciting dining and nightlife. Just outside your back door, the scenic Old Hickory Lake. boat dock to tie your boat up and Nearby boat launch ramp.

DISCLOSURES/RULES

The home Accommodates two guest for the romantic get away celebrating an anniversary, birthday, or just a weekend getaway.

Dogs are welcome. However, full disclosure is required. You may still instant book, but disclose your dog(s) and expect us to layout a few basic and very reasonable rules.

Our Lakehouse rental comes with many amenities such as: Fire Pit, Boat Dock, Peddle Boat, and stand up paddle boards. While these are all in place for guest enjoyment, there are certain inherent risks which come with using such amenities. Please keep children under close supervision and understand that your willingness to rent this home binds you to use these things at your own risk.

$50 one-time pet fee (covers multiple pets)

All credit cards accepted for payment.

Check in 3pm, check out 10am.

Very pleasant and comfortable--obvious attention to cleanliness and seasonal decorations. No surprises and quiet peaceful place. We didn't visit the lake but enjoyed the frolicking deer and geese! Screened porch is very pleasant and spacious. We recommend this place.

Absolutely perfect for two

Incredibly relaxing And beautiful

A very relaxing and peaceful retreat from big city life. Our dogs enjoyed the wildlife visits with 12 deer romping through the yard each evening. A nice neighborhood with nice neighbors. A great getaway.

Quiet and relaxing

Beautiful place to stay and we spent a lot of time on the screened in porch that faces the lake. The weather was perfect and it was very peaceful.

Relaxing getaway

Beautiful lakefront property. Very clean with everything we needed. Loved the screened-in porch with comfortable furniture. Watching the deer and listening to the multitude of song birds was wonderful. Great place away from the hustle and bustle of Nashville. Nice grocery store nearby. Host was very responsive. Hope to come back again.
