A dedicated desk area is available for work or study. The upstairs living space features a chic mid-century leather sofa set against contemporary decor. The kitchen is ready for culinary explorations, equipped with the latest appliances and a stylish pub-style dining set. Retreat to the tranquil bedroom, where a queen-size memory foam mattress awaits for a restful night's sleep.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of the Nashville popularity boom, construction recently started near the home. You should expect some construction disruption Monday-Friday between 7am and 7pm.

Long Term Living:
Looking for a furnished rental for 2+ months? Our monthly pricing for extended stays starts at $2,200/month. A refundable security deposit of $500 is charged separately for reservations between 30 days and 6 months, and $1,000 for reservations over 6 months.
