The house is spacious et have beds that can welcome 12 people (+1 baby bed).
I prefer however limiting the capacity to 10 adults (or 12 people including at least 2 kids).

You have 4 large bedrooms (3 on the ground flour + 1 on the first floor), and a large room on the first floor (TV area, foosball table, desk) which includes a pull-out sofa bed (2 people) and a sofa bed (2 people), which is perfect for 4 kids willing to be together.

4 units of air conditioning: veranda, living/dining room, upstairs' bedroom, upstairs' large room

Closed Parking slot (portal) for 2 cars. You can also park your car(s) in front of the house.

La Sorgue (river) can be accessed at 50m through a path outside the house.
House linen (bed, bathroom) and swimming towels are provided.

Being not based in L'Isle sur la Sorgue, Bertrand & Karine will welcome you for the handing over keys, and at your departure to check everything is ok.
