This stunning lakefront property offers the perfect blend of tranquility, comfort, and convenience—ideal for both relaxation and remote work. With breathtaking views, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, and a fully furnished setup, including a cozy fireplace, this retreat is designed for an unforgettable stay.

Guests will enjoy a well-equipped playroom with a pool table, high-speed internet, and essential utilities, making it a seamless choice for those looking to balance work and leisure. The home accommodates up to 8 overnight guests and allows 8 guests during the day, offering flexibility for both short getaways and extended stays.

Amenities & Features:
✔ Kitchen: Stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker (with pods)
✔ Sleeping Arrangements: Two twin beds and one sleeper sofa in the rec room
✔ Entertainment & Outdoor Activities: Paddleboards, gas grill, and a boat dock for lake adventures
✔ Smart Lock Access & Security: WiFi provided (eaglemobile485); smart lock functional and will be tested with a custom code soon
✔ Parking & Guest Policy: Maximum four cars in the driveway, no pets, and a two-night minimum stay (three nights on holiday weekends)
✔ Pool Availability: Opens the second week of May
✔ Boat Docking: You can dock your rental boat or your own at the property (prior notice needed)

This is a great property to book with a very nice pool and excellent view of Lake Norman. I would definitely book again. Actually looks better than the pictures!

This property has it all! What an awesome combo of the lake front home and an amazing pool. We enjoyed every aspect of the house and all its amenities. The check in was extremely simple, and the vintage lake home feel was welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, and the living room was a great place to relax.

Great Property for Weekend Trip to the Lake

The home was perfect for my family. My boys thoroughly enjoyed the pool in the afternoon after long days on the lake. We appreciated the property's location to town along with the public boat access point. The only thing I wish that we had had access to was a washer and dryer. Otherwise, for my family, this property was great for the money and location. I can see us booking this home again.

Business and Leisure

My husband and I visited the lake house for five nights. He had some trainings and I went for relaxation. It was perfect! With all of the amenities we could have stayed on property the whole time. We did go out for dinner, and the local fare was fabulous, but the property was all we needed. Great communication while booking and the host was so kind. We had a truly wonderful time! It was more than comfortable with beautiful views and we cannot wait to go back.

Great family getaway

Very nice house. Property manager was very kind and helpful. The kids loved the pool and the location was nice and quiet even on Memorial Day weekend. I’d recommend this place to any family looking for a clean, fun lake house.

The house with the pool on the lake was perfect. House well stocked and paddle boards and paddle boat were nice to be able to use. We had a great weekend!

Great stay

Home on the lake with a pool was perfect for our stay. House was clean, beds were comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen. The whole family used the paddle boards and paddleboat and enjoyed it. The house is older in general comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect!

The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It felt very private and secluded like our own home. The pool was a great add as the water on the lake was extremely warm so it was a great cool off spot! Only thing I wish was better was the fishing, it was just too hot to get any bites! I would definitely recommend this place to any one just looking for a quiet and relaxing get away.

Nice place!

We had a great time! Was disappointed the paddle boat wasn’t usable to go onto the lake in, but everything else was nice! No laundry facility but laundromat was just a few minutes away. Location was great! Peaceful place! Great for all ages! The most stocks VRBO we have ever rented which was much appreciated! Hope to come back!

Great House, superb management. Very clean

The property was clean, pool was pristine. Beds were great. We had everything we needed. Pull out sofa bed was so uncomfortable we couldnt use it, suggest replacing. We had a small problem with the air conditioning not keeping up, we let the property manager know and he miraculously got someone there to fix it within an hour. So impressed! May want to replace/get rid of the paddleboat, it leaks terribly and we almost sunk it because it took on so much water. Overall this was a really, really great property (it even smells great) and a terrific location!

Peaceful

I wish we could have stayed longer! We were in NC for a wedding and took a couple days to relax before heading home and this rental was great. We were able to sit by the pool while my fiancé fished on the river. It was close to several shops including Walmart and Publix. I would suggest bringing beach towels for the pool and extra bathing suit if you plan to do anything in the river. There is no handicap accessibility if for some reason you would need that. And the space above the garage with the pool table which has 2 beds in it does not have a bathroom. It I s a very small space but may be good for young adults who want to stay up late and play pool/be in their own space! Overall it was just what we needed after the crazy hectic weekend we had! Thank you!!

Family vacation

This house is in a very peaceful location. Nice pool, dock. However the kitchen needs a makeover. Vintage oven and stove. Oven did not work, it would heat up but not cook (cooked lasagna for almost 2 hours on 400 and cheese was still cold in center). Kitchen was not very clean when we arrived. Refrigerator had lots of food left in it, which is something I am not accustom to renting through VRBO. Beds were comfortable. The tenant that lives in basement was great to work with. No washer/dryer in the house. We had to go in the tenants house to wash towels/ washcloths mid week b/c we ran out. So overall if you are looking somewhere to relax, hang by pool or lake it is fine. If you plan to cook, you might want to rethink! This could be a great house with a little more TLC. Needs a true deep cleaning. The return vent was very dirty/ Cobb webs here and there. Would I stay here again? Not without a full kitchen upgrade, washer/dryer in the house and a deep clean. Location is perfect just needs some upgrades to meet the price of rent.

Incredible outdoor space in a great location

This house was wonderful for a nice, relaxing stay with our family! We had a great stay and really enjoyed the pool (with a great diving board) and dock area. The paddleboards were great and the cove where the house sits provides plenty of quiet spots to explore. The lake water was also very warm for swimming and we enjoyed the beautiful views out back. The inside of the house is a little dated, but it didn't detract from our stay at all. The 3 bedrooms upstairs were decent size and comfortable, and the kitchen is small but had what we needed. In case it's not clear from the pictures, the room with the pool table and the room with the twin beds are both over the garage - so you walk outside on the deck to get there. Not a big deal for teenagers, but we kept our younger kids with us in the main house. That room above the garage was a little stuffy, but we didn't see any of the mold or dampness that another review mentioned. Lance, the on-site attendant, was perfectly friendly and helpful and stayed out of the way. The only real potential negative to this property is the lack of a washer/dryer. If you're staying for more than a couple of days, that could be a downside. Overall a wonderful, very relaxing stay in a great spot. Only 5-10 minutes to some great take-out restaurants as well. Having both the pool and the lakefront make this a unique spot. Thanks for a great rental!

The pictures don’t do this justice!!

The house looked better in person! The pics look dated or faded this is not the case. The house is nice and clean and not dated at all. The game room yes is dated but that’s it. The master bedroom was nice and big and the bed was super comfy! The dock was nice and perfect for our pontoon rental to stay while we were there. The host being on sight was of no concern. He was nice and we never really saw him besides at check in and in passing on one of the four days total. We will definitely consider this in the future and I will absolutely recommend it a friend!!

Birthday getaway for my Wife

The pictures posted gives this lake house no Justice. This lake house deserves 10 stars hands down. The veiw was awesome, the location was awesome, the whole around experience was well beyond great. I own time shares in Myrtle Beach, if im not there this is my place from now on. All pictures i recommended to be updated, this home is Great..

Mold

Correspondence with the property manager was great. Check in and check out process was smooth. The view from the lake was pretty. We won’t rent another house that has someone living at the property. We never saw or heard him, but my kids really had a hard time with this issue ( just knowing someone was in the basement). The house is a health hazard... filled with the nastiest mattresses and mold everywhere. The playroom we couldn’t even walk into ... you immediately get hit with that musty smell. If you value your health this is not the house for you.
