This house is awesome! Backyard has a grill to go along with pool and spa! Nice Grassy area with a tv for your viewing pleasure! complete kitchen with open floor plan connecting the family room! Big couch and tv for gathering. Huge dinner table! We do not allow parties. NO PARTIES!!!! please inquire about small gatherings, Dinners. please respect our neighbors. small gatherings will be an extra fee.

We do require a security deposit of $300
Paid at checkin to receive the door code.

You will get this retainer back at checkout once the property has been inspected. Do not touch pool equipment unless granted by the host.

House was amazing overall we really enjoyed our selves

The whole layout of the house was great for everything we wanted to do get in the pool hang out by the deck outside was just nice I enjoyed myself and also my friends and the assume to be wedding man had a blast thank you

The Witts Carlton...A far cry from The Ritz

I'd like to preface this review with the fact that I have never left anyone a bad review. I have traveled all over the world and have stayed at vacation rentals multiple times and have never experienced such unprofessionalism. My husband and a few friends and I stayed here for one night the third weekend of October 2021, which we booked ahead in June 2021. We were excited to use the pool and spa so we can relax. This was the only reason why we booked this house over others in the area. On the morning of check-in, I contacted the owner to make sure the heat was turned on for the spa. He wrote back telling me that the pool and spa were down because the heater is broken. I told him I was unhappy that this hadn't been disclosed to us prior, since we did book the house in June. I guess he didn't think it was a big deal to advertise a working pool & spa and then not deliver as advertised. We were very upset and wish we would have known sooner. We showed up to check in at 3pm on that day, and were so disappointed! The bathrooms weren't clean, there was barely any toilet paper in the bathrooms, the paint job in the master bedroom was the worst I have ever seen, (the painter painted around the bed & bed railings, so tacky!) the remote was broken, etc. The next day we checked out and on the drive back home, about 45 minutes after checkout, I realized that I left my pillow in the master bedroom. I messaged the owner asking if I could send my friend to get it in a few hours since she would be on her way that direction driving back home to Vegas, and he said no, because the door code would not work in a few hours. I told him that this pillow is very meaningful to me, as I have had it my entire life and I'm very attached to it. I asked him if the cleaning crew could put my pillow in a bag on the front porch for pickup, and he didn't respond to me for 3 days! When he finally responded, he said that the cleaning crew must have disposed of my pillow! I have never had ANY issues with any homeowner! This is by far the worst experience and most inconsiderate owner I have ever dealt with. I now am on a hunt to replace my pillow which was given to me as a child by my late grandmother. What a shame!

Horrible and nasty

Never stayed in a place so bad ...I mean the house was nice on the inside but the inside was not up to par ...no instructions on how to use anything...overall cleaness was about a 3 out of 10...but whats most disturbing is the pool had maggots in it the jacuzzi never got hot or heated up and when brought to the owner attention he just waived it as tho it was normal...he did have the pool people come and try to clean but still was maggots inside...my whole point of renting the property was to get inside the pool and jacuzzi...I paid 28 hundred for basically nothing...and when I asked the owner what will he do in my situation he merely said anything so basically I feel like I got robbed...I even checked out a day early cause I couldn't phantom staying any longer...I recommend not never renting from this property at all...its better to just get a room....then they wanna charge a cleaning fee when it should be me getting paid the cleaning fee of someone else house...smh

I spent to much money to not get Privacy

Privacy was my main thing I could not get undressed because I didn’t receive directions to let the blinds down I was in the tub bathroom master room and the owner came walk-in the back yard taking pictures my daughter was sleeping in the living room it was a horrible experience for my family I was so upset I never had this happened before I used this site before and enjoyed my stay

I rented house to use the pool and the pool was filthy. I called homeowner after check in over a dozen times and he never responded
