3BR/2BA home located on a half-acre lot on the beautiful Cypress Lake, known as Hampton Lake. This 822-acre natural spring-fed lake is a relaxing place to enjoy peaceful getaways or exciting fishing retreats. Lakefront views from the large open concept living room. The kitchen features plenty of oak cabinetry, newer appliances, a breakfast bar, and new lighting that complements the lake-style of the home. Appliances located at the property include an oven range, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, and washer and dryer.

Enjoy outdoor living with your friends and family while roasting marshmallows over the fire-pit, gathered around in the Adirondack chairs. Grill your "catch of the day" on the gas grill and serve dinner using the entertainment island cart. There is plenty of outdoor seating to host large gatherings on the large oversized deck or the concrete patio, where you will find concrete tables with umbrellas and benches. On the deck, outdoor tables and chairs.

Bring your boat and other fun water toys and enjoy easy access to the lake from our own private boat ramp. This is the only private boat ramp on the lake. Lighting, electrical, and sunset views that are breathtaking.

We are pet friendly! Find comfort in using the 2 completely fenced-in yard areas that keep your pets safe and away from the water.

We have you covered even on rainy days with a nice competitive game of pool using the pool table in the great room.

Great View, Relaxing Stay

Our corporate team enjoyed their stay here while exhibiting at the motorsport park. Convenient access and short drive to the park. Beautiful views! Would stay here again.

Perfect quick spring break getaway

We had a great experience. The listing information was accurate and the property was well-stocked with essentials, well-maintained, and even better than expected. We enjoyed the house and there was plenty of room for friends who came for a few hours to enjoy the sun with us one day. We played some pool when it rained, enjoyed our waverunner in the lake when it was sunny (private boat ramp was a definite bonus!) roasted marshmallows at the fire pit, and had an overall great experience. Thanks for a great last minute getaway!

We LOVED it! Super cute house! Spacious and clean.

We had the best time for my son’s graduation. It was a quick trip to Gainesville. The house is the perfect location on a beautiful lake. Plenty of space outdoors to grill and play cornhole.

GREAT LAKE HOUSE

We had a great time. The house was very clean! Beautiful lake to sit on and watch the sunrise and sunset. Lots of area to hang out!!! We will be going back. Great Communication with the host!

Retreat during sorrow

We needed a place to stay due to a death in the family and we live out of state. The property is on the lake with a nice dock. It allowed my family to stay together and grieve without the restraint of a hotel. The Property manager was easy to contact and very helpful. We would stay again.

Summer vacation

The pictures do not do the property justice! It is perfect for a lake stay! We brought our boat and the private boat ramp was fabulous!! Swimming off the dock and the pool table were the highlights from the stay, but kayaking and brim fishing were very close seconds! Over all it was perfect and we will be back!

Good but . . .

This location has the ability to be a great rental, but right now it is just good. The outdoor space is one of the big selling points of this property and it really needs to be worked on. The dock is falling apart and has some rotted areas. Less concrete and more green in the back yard would be good too.

Home away from Home

Loved it. Stayed at this place two weeks In a row and didn’t want to leave it. Very clean and well stocked. Pool table is a must to try. Great fishing off the dock. Seen the space shuttle which was awesome. Loved the property and the property manger she was awsome to deal with. Great location. Thanks for letting us stay at your home.

Beautiful lake house off the beaten path

We loved the house, property and access to the lake with the dock. We were able to put our boat in via a county ramp and then keep it tied up at the dock. The small things like having the pool table and the ingredients to make smores really made my 8 year old happy. It was also great to be able to bring our small dogs so that we could still enjoy a vacation without having to board them.

Gator national house rental

We found this beauty to stay in while we attended the Gatornationals in Gainesville. The view of the lake just outside the door is astounding and the sights and sounds of the local wildlife was amazing. Although we didn't have time to squeeze in any outside activities we would definitely explore all those options the next time we stay. The owner was quick to respond and extremely helpful. Highly recommend for a quiet retreat for fishing and enjoying the beautiful sights both around the home and nearby.

Fantastic Home Away from Home

We recently stayed 3 nights at this property and were completely blown away, the pictures do not do it justice! The place is immaculate and had everything we could have asked for to host a large group for my Son's high school graduation. We were able to enjoy the lake by boat, jet ski, tubing and swimming. We also loved the fire pit for smores and the grill was spectacular to cook on. Our Aussie enjoyed having plenty of space to run and swim. Our group ranged from ages 8-70 and everyone enjoyed themselves. The communication far exceeded what we have experienced from other past rentals. We cannot wait to return soon!

Wonderful Home

The home was very clean and decorated very nicely. The weather was not that great and the fish were not biting for that reason. It was very relaxing on the dock. The pool table was great since the fish were not biting. There was only one kayak and almost sunk when we used it as there was a crack in the bottom. We informed the owner and she had no ideal of this issue and stated she would get two kayaks to the rental property, but we never saw them. But, overall it was beautiful and a outstanding rental for our spring break. Thank you for sharing your home.

Beautiful Lakehouse Retreat

We had a wonderful holiday stay at the Lakehouse. We were received by a beautiful welcome basket in the fridge, filled with eggnog, chocolate, and goodies galore. The home was very well stocked with everything you may need including laundry detergent. The only thing we needed was our personal toiletries. There was plenty of space for 2 families, both inside/out to relax and enjoy family time together. We enjoyed the pool table, a little kayaking, and the smart TV in the living room. The home was close enough to UF, and Walmart but felt like a secluded get away. We had some issues in the beginning regarding some exterior lighting, but the management company was prompt to respond and fix the problem right away. Oh and the Sky at night was simply amazing!

Not Able to Enter Property

Did not receive access code to property until 8:49pm on the first day of stay, could not contact the property manager by texting or phone call. Also the facility was trashed by previous renters, garbage receptacles full trash all over the property including dirty diapers. Still fighting for my full refund VRBO but very poor customer support.

Relaxing stay for family

Glennette was wonderful. She always responded to my request and has a bubbly personality. I would normally give 5 stars because the location is perfect for a relaxing family stay. The house was very clean and furnished beautifully. The pool table was a fun addition for teenagers and adults. A few minor issues made the 4 star rating. There were no blankets for the beds and no hand soap. The back storm door needs repair or replacement. The grill cover was torn up and did not even fit the grill. One of the gates on the large dog pen is rusted and broken, so that pen is not usable. BIG issue...The lawn maintenance had not been done and there was trash in the yard. Thankfully, family lives next door and came over and cut and edged the yard. Also blew off the clippings and washed the lawn chairs. Glennette apologized for this issue and refunded me the cost of the lawn care... positive response. In summary, I totally recommend this property.
