Stratton Vermont is a premier 4 season resort. Come visit in the late spring through the fall for breath taking views, hikes and incredible golf just minutes from our front door. The mountain continues to draw visitors with events from beer fests and music to Stratton adventures (4 wheeling, and paintball) mountain biking and tennis camps. The area has many incredible places to visit, like Jamaica State Park only a 15 min drive, and Bromley Mountain for some fun adventures all summer long - to shopping at the Manchester's outlets, The Winter brings skiing and all things snow for those who enjoy the slopes.
Our beautiful home in the Mountains is well appointed, renovated with an open floor plan and 2 fireplaces will be a perfect jumping off point for all Stratton and the surrounding area has to offer. The Kitchen features Viking and Sub Zero appliances with ample space for a large family to enjoy. We also upgraded our air conditioning for the our summer guests.. Bathrooms have 2 soaking tubs and incredible spa like showers. The property is located only steps from Stratton's Base lodge and the Village at Stratton. Winters are better when you can walk to dinners and shopping. During summer and fall the unit has a large deck with a Grill for enjoying the beautiful Vermont evenings. 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths with private master suite on 3rd floor. Having 1 King / 3 Queen / and 2 sets of bunk beds.

- A Damage Protection Refundable Fee of $2000.00 will be collected. Refunded within 14 days after your stay.

Everything about this property was amazing. Summer getaway for our family of 4. (2 adult children). Home was clean, fully stocked, and certainly one of the most amazing places we have stayed. Even a rainy day was great, filled with board games. Golf, board games, UTV rides, hiking, and biking. Loved every minute of staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful townhouse. There was plenty of room for our family to be comfortable. We loved the convenience of being able to walk over to the village and enjoy the 4th of July fireworks. Our one year old grandson and his great grandmother would recommend staying here.

Christmas at The Crow's Nest

The Crow's Nest is beautifully decorated in a very comfortable and cozy way. Everything in the condo is high end and in ample supply. We had plenty of room to spread out and also come together in the spacious family room and kitchen. The village is within walking distance as well as several of the other amenities. Staying here made our holiday very memorable! We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Lovely Stay on Stratton Mountain in Vermont

We had a delightful two-week stay at this townhouse on Stratton Mountain in Vermont. The condo was steps away from all the mountain activities and restaurants at Stratton Village. It was very spacious and extremely well equipped. In addition to being a lovely property with plenty of space, the kitchen had everything we needed--this impressed us greatly. The bathrooms were modern and the linens were good. The condo had multiple smart TVs, a gas grill and a full washer and dryer which are all important. Check in and check out were easy. The master was on the 3rd floor and the guest bedrooms were on the first with the main living area in between. This gave everyone a lot of privacy. The condo was very comfortable in all types of weathers. As Vermont weather is changeable, in the summer it is important to have airconditioning as well as heat. The AC in the condo worked extremely well and we very comfortable when it was needed. The owners provided a lot of good information and were very responsive to any and all questions. We would highly recommend this property whether one is a summer person or there for skiing. We had a great vacation with friends and family. We thank the owners for their hospitality.

Great Townhome

Paul was a fantastic host and the townhome was perfect for our needs. The place was clean and well appointed. It was great for our last minute July 4th getaway. I'm betting it is just as ideal for a winter ski trip.

This was the second time we stayed in Paul's great townhouse at Stratton. The first was in the summer which was fun and the second was during ski season over the Christmas break. The house works well for our family of five (plus inlaws on the second trip) which everyone getting their own room but also having the option to double up here and there. The house is well stocked with everything you could possibly need, including kitchen and bath products galore so you don't have to run out for salt and pepper and toilet paper five minutes after you arrive like some rentals. The location is amazing within easy waking distance to the Stratton Resort village which has nice shops and restaurants. The kids could be very independent coming and going. Paul is very accommodating with things like guest passes to the pool and tips on navigating skiing and dining options. I would definitely recommend the property and fully expect to book again hopefully in the not too distant future.

Great Stay for Fall Wedding

Some friends and I had to travel to the area for a wedding. Paul's place turned out to be the perfect spot. A short walk from the mountain town made everything super accessible. That plus how lovely the Townhouse and how accommodating Paul was really help make the trip all the better.

A beautiful clean house with plenty of rooms and a perfect location to enjoy the local events at Stratton mountain. Owner was easy to contact and left us a nice gift basket with a bottle of wine for our daughters engagement. Very nice!

Great spot!

Great Stay - Highly Recommend!

Very enjoyable weekend at this rental. Everything was as advertised, nice location close to the mountain village. The unit warms up very quickly though, I would advise folks to turn down the heat when they walk in.

Our New Place!

This rental property was amazing. It was warm, inviting and spacious! We’ve been coming to VT for a family weekend every year for the last decade and this year we decided to change our location to Paul’s rental. We will choose this place again for next year!

Stratton Condo

This well appointed, beautiful condo right across from the Stratton village was the perfect place for our quick getaway. The owner was extremely responsive to any questions and check in was seamless. There was plenty of room for two couples and our 3 adult kids. The kitchen had everything you could ever need, nice furnishings, and beautiful towels and bed linens were provided by the owner. We would definitely book this condo again!

Beautiful and spacious home

We stayed at this wonderful townhome for 3 days for a gravel bike race. The location was perfect and we could walk to all the restaurants and shops. The unit had everything we needed and we really appreciated all the extra items that were provided. We have stayed at many places through VRBO and this was by far the most stocked property that we've rented. There was plenty of room to spread out and the living room was large enough for us all to gather together. The master bedroom and bathroom were wonderful and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property

This is a well appointed townhouse in a great location with easy access to all of the resorts amenities. A quick walk to the mountain village which has great restaurants and shops. The unit had all the necessary items to cook a large family meal and we really appreciated the top notch professional appliances. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Stratton mountain.

Wonderful ski week at Stratton

A modern, updated, and well appointed facility with attention to the detail that made our family ski vacation easy and comfortable. Would rent this home happily to ski or have a summer family experience.

Having a place in the mountains near a ski and golf resort allows for year round enjoyment. The weather in southern New England is more moderate and allows longer autumns for the changing of the trees. Have the Village only a short walk away, gives you piece of mind that you can be in the woods but not alone. We love the area, and the proximity to skiing, golf, restaurants and shopping only 20 minutes away in Manchester.

It is top knotch. We treat this property likes it's our baby. It has everything that is needed for a great mountain home without the hassle of being too far from local conveniences.
