The Corner Lake Lodge is a beautiful home located on the shore of Corner Lake, one of 5 lakes on or adjacent to the chain of lakes, a short drive to Munising, and Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore.

Our lodge is new construction with no expense spared in all of its modern amenities. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms in the lodge. On the main floor is two bedrooms, one featuring a queen size bed, the second has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and twin on top. The master suite is located upstairs with a king size bed, a bunk bed that has a full-size futon on the bottom and a twin on top plus an additional twin bed, giving our lodge a 10-person capacity (this includes adults, children, and infants).

One of the many custom features of the lodge is the stone accents throughout that tie together with the massive stone fireplace. The overhead fan in the kitchen, and the exterior walls of the shower are all done in this same stone to give the lodge a castle like feeling inside. Other well thought features include a whiskey barrel table, granite countertops, a large sectional with recliners, washer/dryer and the best view of our beautiful Corner Lake.

Outside the lodge you will find plenty of secluded outdoor entertainment area, furniture, gas and charcoal grill with extra propane provided. Gather around our large lakeside fire pit for evening smore making. Campfires in designated pit area only. Absolutely NO FIREWORKS on property at any time. Also bring your own boat and park it on a 24' dock provided for your convenience.

The chain of lakes is a 477-acre chain that consists of Corner Lake (40 ft deep), Skeels Lake, Deep Lake, and Straights Lake. Also, on the back side of Corner Lake you can access via a very short portage Ostrander Lake and Stella Lake. Four of lakes are connected by channels that you can easily boat or kayak from one lake to the next. Fishing on the chain of lakes is very popular as well. when fishing anglers can expect to catch a variety of fish including Bluegill, Brown Trout, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, Rock Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Walleye, and Yellow Perch.

Kayak rentals are available, you must pre-reserve kayaks so the cleaning service can have them unlocked for your stay. The price is $50 per kayak for singles (8 10.4' cockpit style boats available) and 1 tandem kayak at $75 for the duration of your stay. We do have a complimentary canoe, paddle boat and life jackets available for you to use during your stay.

We had 3 couples for our annual Labor Day weekend trip. House and grounds were beautiful and well cared for. We visited Pictured Rock and rented side by sides, the location was about 30 minutes to those attractions. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Swimming here is different no swimming out front. You have to go to sand bar down always or across very shallow. Boats have to be very carefull follow the markers. Few fish but this is july. Lady cross was nice but alittle bit much. Very different place. Still was nice but not for us.

The house is beautiful and accurately advertised. We were very pleased with the arrangements. Wifi works great but no cell service for Verizon customers. We were able to make calls using the Wifi calling feature. We suggest calling George for pontoon rental. The lake is awesome for families. There is a large sandbar with a volleyball net that we visited daily by pontoon. The fishing was great from the pontoon and we caught bass, pike and perch. We made wonderful family memories!

This is a great place if your looking to be on the lake. Easy access if you have a boat beautiful big clean house and a huge yard. We will definitely be back in the future

Great property close to the snowmobile trail and plenty of driveway parking for trailers which makes it great. We stay here every year at least once with a good size group and always a pleasure!

Beautiful Location!

We had an amazing time canoeing the chain of lakes.Theres alot to do around nearby too like Bruno's Run,so convenient from where the cabin is,only have to drive few minutes to get to it..It was very comfortable stay,kitchen is fantastic,I love to cook and with cast iron pan to use is such a plus! We cooked our meal everyday in our stay.The high ceiling makes the difference,makes everything looks like theres alot of room to move around.The patio is amazing withhe lake view,perfect for star gazing at night and enjoy your coffee in the morning.It's wide and did my yoga there almost everyday.It was a pleasant stay and.definitely will recommend.

Such a relaxing environment

We rented this same cabin during COVID and loved it so much we had to go back! The lake is so quiet so it is such a relaxing environment. The cabin itself is beautiful and so up to date! Hard not to enjoy yourself while there! Hopefully to be returning next year.

A week of quiet.

We loved the house and property; it was everything we were hoping for and more. Sat around the campfire every night and enjoyed the magnificent stars. Very peaceful. The general store was close which came in handy. Owners were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Will hopefully be back.
