We offer this charming 40 m² apartment for rent in Dinard, 250 meters from the Écluse beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it comprises a 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The apartment is composed as follows

- 25 m² living room with TV, 1 double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and desk area
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, iron, Nespresso coffee machine.

The apartment is ideally located in Dinard, within walking distance of all amenities. You'll benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Water sports (kayaking, windsurfing, swimming...)
- Hiking, cycling...
- Cultural activities: cinema, concerts, British film festival in autumn
- Many sites to visit on the Emerald Coast

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can take your luggage down the street from the building, but you won't be able to park. You can park in Dinard's paid public parking lots, or stray a little from the town center to find free parking.

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gare SNCF de Saint malo 12.4 km (about 19 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne airport 79.7 km ( approx. 1 hour by car)

- A cellar is available for storing equipment: bikes, body boards, surfboards, etc.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
