Other things to note
➡ Party Policy : No party organization allowed. Significant fees will be applied in case of non-compliance with this rule. In the event of neighborhood complaints or police involvement, tenants will be asked to vacate the premises immediately, with no possibility of refund. The security deposit will be retained. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Thank you.
➡ Identity Verification : A valid ID matching the reservation name will be requested and copied on our phone to prevent fraud.
➡ Children and Infants : Limited to 1 infant (under two years old) free of charge. If you have multiple infants, they will need to be added as "children."
Check-In and Supplements :
Check-ins are generally between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-outs are before 11:00 AM.
Late arrival supplements :
Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM : €30 supplement.
After 10:00 PM : €50 supplement.
No entry is possible after 11:00 PM.
Departure Day: Final cleaning is included; we simply ask that you leave the accommodation in an appropriate condition, ensuring dishes are washed, and all your waste is disposed of. Thank you.
