TY KOREJOU, splendid house / sauna / sea view

Come and discover this magnificent prestigious house right on the waterfront! The garden overlooks the lovely Korejou beach, the view is incredible from every room of the house!



The ground floor is composed of a vast living space. You will find a large fully equipped open kitchen, it even has a Tepaniaky! (Japanese cooking plate). You benefit from a vast living room with its large library as well as a comfortable lounge, with its omnipresent sea view. From this vast room, you have direct access to a large terrace, the large sliding bay windows open wide so that you can live both inside and outside!

Still on the ground floor, you will find a separate toilet as well as a lovely master suite with its dressing room behind the bed, its bathroom with washbasin and shower and again this sublime sea view to gently wake up in the morning while being pierced by the sea.



The first floor consists of 2 double rooms under the slopes, a separate toilet, a mezzanine for reading quietly, a bathroom with a shower, and a splendid master suite. This suite comprises a large 160x200 bed with its sumptuous sea view, a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a shower, as well as an office for teleworking. Be careful, teleworking is not easy due to the 180° sea view from the office!!



The last floor is reserved for children. You will find a large room with 2 bunk beds as well as adjoining toilets with a washbasin. Be careful, the beds are only 150cm long, so they are not suitable for adults.



Outside, you therefore have a terrace accessible from the living room as well as a second terrace located at the bottom of the garden. You will fall under the charm of this terrace because it offers an unobstructed sea view, always and forever. You will enjoy this terrace to read, have an aperitif or dinner while being lulled by the sound of the sea. This terrace is equipped with an Ofyr barbecue.



And to conclude the visit, an outbuilding is also accessible to you. It contains a washing machine and a tumble dryer, but most importantly a sauna with its relaxation area! Ideal for unwinding after a long walk or a lazy day at the beach!

You will also find some paddles that are made available for your stay.



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.
