90m2 Beachfront Appartment

I prefer guests contacting me first to discuss their stay prior to making the booking request !
Sleeps 4 adults + 1 child + baby cot, direct access to beach and pool, parking lots for 2 cars
Located in a small coast town of Sant Vicenc de Montalt, 35 km North of Barcelona. Easily accessible by train from Barcelona and Gerona airports and train stations.
Check-in and check-out times are flexible, depending on guests schedules.
Cleaning fees will depend on the number of guests and the length of their stay and will range between 50-75 euros. Guests are also offered the option to clean the appartment by themselves.
It is my holiday appartment. I do not live in Spain during the year and am not around to welcome the guests in person on their arrival. I am available to assist my guests any time by e-mail or by phone.

Très bonne communication avec l'hôte, bien qu'elle soit à l'extérieur. Généreuse informations quand aux consignes (merci de mentionner que les clés sont chez une autre dame, à une dizaine de minutes de route du logement). Bonne location, à quelques minutes de marche de la gare pour le train vers Barcelone. Épicerie près, stationnement privé (trèèèèèès bon point!!!). Logement sécuritaire, spacieux et propre.

Grand appartement. Ideal pour famille avec 3 enfants. Tout équipé du nécessaire. Ca c'est super. Très bien situé, juste en face de la mer. Super agréable. Possible d'aller a la gare a pieds pour prendre le train et faire les visites dans le centre de Barcelone. Et revenir au calme avec la mer le soir . Un petit supermarché aussi accessible à pieds. Par contre prix un peu cher. Il y a un Lidl pas loin en voiture. Natalia repond rapidement a toutes les questions. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

We did not meet the host personally, but in all her contacts with us she was helpful and friendly. We reported a problem with the plumbing and the host arranged for it to be fixed promptly.

Eine wohnlicher, sauberer Balkon, mit entsprechenden Möbeln wäre schön gewesen. Die Nachbarn im Haus könnten wohl gut auf Feriengäste verzichten - dementsprechend war die Atmosphäre kühl, anfängliche Irritationen bzgl. der Poolnutzung konnten zwar ausgeräumt werden, willkommen fühlte man sich aber nicht.

Reise ans Meer

Der Aufenthalt in Montalt de Vincent war rundum gelungen. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand und war für unserer Aufenthalt vom Standort perfekt. Auch die Besuche in Barcelona waren von dort aus mit dem Auto in einer halben Stunde wunderbar möglich. Die Ausstattung der Küche war leider nur extrem zweckmäßig. Dafür war alles sehr sauber und die Vermieterin meistens gut erreichbar. Als kleiner Tipp, am besten den Ersatzschlüssel im Schlüsselsafe deponieren.

Given its spaciousness, beachfront location, and private garden and pool, it's recommended as a worthwhile option. TB situé, propre, en RdC. Wifi Ok.On pouvait y accéder tôt, appréciable ! TB communications.Par-contre, la clé de la porte extérieure de la copropriété est à récupérer à 7mn en voiture (à 4,3km). Prévenu au dernier moment, donc perte de temps, et détour à faire pour la restituer en fin de séjour, très désagréable donc. L'hôte dit qu'on aurait pu s'arranger autrement peut-être en s'y prenant à l'avance, mais comme elle ne préviens pas au départ...Jardinet agréable doté d'1 table et chaises donnant sur jardin copro et piscine d'un côté, et terrasse en dur de l'autre avec "canapé d'extérieur" (non préparé avec bâche dessus) & vue parking couvert (un peu surélevée donc pas gênant, fils pour étendre son linge (toiles d'araignée).Parking : trous très importants au sol. 2 places couvertes (attention en ouvrant le coffre car le toit est bas d'un côté). Portail automatique ouvert constamment, quartier tranquille, ok.Odeur d'humidité : faut aérer via fenêtres pour la réduire (prévoir raquette à moustiques, en avril on n'en a pas eu). Absence de VMC ?L'appartement est sur la gauche quand vous êtes face à l'immeuble, accès plage immédiat.

Great stay, with some caveats

The good: The location! Was located in a wonderful area right along the ocean with the train station close by, making it easy to get into Barcelona proper within about an hour or so. Apartment itself: It’s a great spacious apartment with nice bedrooms, kitchen, and comfortable living room. Had access to everything I could have needed during my stay, and there were ample sheets, towels, blankets, cookware, etc. The challenges: Getting into the apartment was a bit tough, address was slightly tough to find, so had to explore and photo match. Additionally, I basically just had to bank on someone letting me in via the front gate to the complex, but if that didn’t work out, I would have had to scale a stone wall to get in. When I got in the apartment, there was no power. I had to restart the breaker myself and get the power to work. Not a huge issue, but just wasn’t expecting it. Bathrooms and the apartment overall had a slightly musty smell, but it’s probably just a result of the humidity.Unfortunately did not have hot water/heat until the 3rd day there; response times were a little longer than I would have liked. I get a couple hours at a time, but I was going 12-14 hours without a response (which is not great when I had no hot water!) Natalia was helpful when she did respond, though. Overall it was good, just wished there had been better communication times and hot water! Your mileage may vary, but a good option in Barcelona, and Natalia is an accommodating host.

We verbleven de maand februari 2025 in het appartement van Natalia en hebben genoten van dit lichte, goed uitgeruste en prachtig gelegen plekje. Rustig ook, al moet je even wennen aan de langsrijdende treinen maar dat went snel. De slaapbank in de huiskamer zit ook niet echt lekker, maar voor de rest is alless perfect

LOVE this place (and the host)!!!

My friend and I traveled with his Down's Syndrome sister who struggles physically and doesn't do stairs well. This place was perfect for us. Ground floor (just a couple steps to go on the outside veranda). The 2 bathrooms both have WONDERFUL big showers with great water pressure and many spout choices. The bidet was helpful for his sister too.The natural light and MANY LARGE windows/glass doors in the apartment were wonderful too! We could sit sit on the veranda and listen to the waves.We could even in the living room with the veranda door open and hear the waves.There are sidewalks to walk the beach for miles. There's also a path we didn't have the opportunity to hike that looks great.There's a great Alcampo / Auchan store not far - and Barcelona is a great place to visit (also not too far away).There are many keys for the place and a lot of instructions so we were confused a bit at first. We had a snag trying to find the place to get the key, but Natalia was a very accommodating and friendly host - and we figured it out. I recommend printing the instructions if you have that capability.And the price is great!Natalia was a wonderful host. We highly recommend her place and her.I've rented a number of places over the years through VRBO and similar platforms. Natalia's place is one of the very best. We will definitely go back if ever in the area again.

Mother of three children, I have started to come to the Maresme coast on holidays with my family in 2009 and fell in love with this region. Later on, we have purchased a holiday apartment in Sant Vincenc de Montalt and will be happy to host you when we are not staying there.
