Welcome to Villa Moka, a stunning house located in a peaceful residential area between Fontaine-de-Vaucluse and Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, in Provence.

This 150m2 villa offers all the comfort you need for an unforgettable vacation. It features 4 spacious bedrooms, perfect for accommodating up to 8 people. The high-quality bedding ensures restful nights.

The focal point of the villa is its beautiful private pool, where you can cool off and relax under the Provençal sun. The landscaped garden provides a peaceful outdoor space, where you can unwind and enjoy moments with your family or friends. Children will also find plenty to keep them entertained with the dedicated facilities for them.

The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May to the end of September.

The villa is equipped with a barbecue area, perfect for preparing delicious outdoor meals. Private parking is also available for your peace of mind.

Inside, Villa Moka is tastefully decorated, offering a warm and welcoming ambiance. The 2 bathrooms are modern and well-equipped.

The villa's location allows you to fully enjoy the numerous activities available in the surrounding area. You can explore charming Provençal villages such as Gordes, Roussillon, and Ménerbes, which are filled with craft shops, art galleries, and typical restaurants. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore hiking trails or go cycling in the breathtaking surrounding landscapes.

Don't miss the opportunity to visit Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, a picturesque village famous for its impressive spring and stunning natural scenery. Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, known as the Venice of Provence, is also nearby, with its charming canals, bustling markets, and renowned antique shops.

Avignon TGV train station is 30 minutes away and Marseille-Provence airport 40 minutes.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful property

This is a beautiful property, even nicer than it looks in the photos. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed, the only thing missing was more towels so that we had some to use by the pool. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, a great location in a peaceful neighbourhood, five minutes’ drive to the nearest town and lovely villages to explore close by. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Séjour estival en famille

La villa Moka était parfaite pour nos vacances estivales en famille (3 générations). Chacun a pu y trouver le confort et les activités correspondants à ses attentes. Je recommande cette villa. Le prix reste très élevé mais rien à dire sur les prestations. L’accueil et le le départ s’est très bien passé. La literie était très confortable. La piscine très bien sauf pour les personnes de moins de 1.50m. À côté d’un gîte, qui est parfois un peu bruyant mais à l’intérieur de la maison, c’est Ok. Bref, très bon séjour!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la villa Mokka! Tout était parfait. Les équipements étaient super. La maison est très fonctionnelle avec beaucoup de goût!! Merci à Roman et son équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur réactivité. Top top!
