ROSE Holidays offers you this spacious apartment located in the heart of the city centre of Les Sables d'Olonne, on the first floor of a co-ownership with 3 dwellings.
Apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people.
Ideally located behind the City Hall Park, a few minutes' walk from the main beach of Les Sables d'Olonne, it will allow you to fully enjoy all the entertainment, shops and restaurants of the seaside resort.

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included for a completely relaxed arrival.
🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory
The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service.
To guarantee consistent quality:
• Wash and put away dishes
• Empty the refrigerator
• Take out the rubbish
• Gather used laundry
