A beautiful and sunny 2 bedroom / 1 bath apartment in a boutique, 6 unit building on a quiet tree-lined street.

This stylish condo has hardwood floors throughout the main areas and features: a living room with a cozy gas fireplace; gourmet kitchen with stove, oven, Nespresso, Smeg Kettle, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal; a sunrise-facing master bedroom with bay windows and a cute workspace; an elegant bathroom; and a second private bedroom in the back.

Fast fast fast 900mbs internet and wifi included.

A secure parking spot in the garage is included.

Washer and dryer are en suite.

You also have access to the shared roof deck with amazing views of the city skyline.

We fell in love and bought this apartment because the front bedroom and living room get beautiful light coming through bay windows. It's the sunniest part of the city!

Plus the apartment is two blocks from Trader Joe's and Costco, and just three blocks from Target, CVS and Rainbow Grocery.

Very central location, not far from Oracle Park, easy access to everything in SF, you can crisscross town in minutes.

Great restaurants nearby such as the newer Californios and Sushi Ondi, as well as old staple restaurants like Basil Thai and Don Ramon's. Also Folsom Street nightlife. These are all within walking distance.

Fantastic!

This place has been a great home away from home for an employee of ours. The host David went above and beyond to make sure that our employee had what he needed many times. If we ever needed anything, David is very approachable. It has everything you need including laundry which is a huge plus. Definitely would recommend and would stay again.

Good property with a wonderful host

The property is lovely, spacious and well equipped. Everything is in good working order. The beds are comfortable and it was a great base to start our San Francisco journey. The host David went above and beyond providing a comprehensive list of things to do and places to eat. Something we were very thankful of when arriving! Especially as everything we tried was so good. David was also friendly and approachable and could answer any questions we had about the place both before and during our stay. I couldn't have asked for a better host!

Nice Place

Overall this was a great place to stay in SF. I was here for a month and enjoyed my time, but like any place it did have its pros as well as a few cons though. Pros: Near Costco and TJ, Street feels safe, Has laundry (though it is a bit small, but hey its free), the checkin was super easy and the host was super attentive, the upper patio is lovely. Cons: (Bearing in mind I was in the front room) the trash trucks can be loud, I know this is out of the hosts control but I was woken to grinding glass or something at 4 am one nigght No ac Bright lights/windows Appliances: the oven and microwave seemed to only work sometimes. The laundry can heard in front room There is not really any food storage space The bathroom lights seemed like they would blink on occasion. None of these were deal breakers and I would stay here again.

Hi Danny, thanks for your notes. I'm always looking to improve, and of course want guests to have the best experience possible. Yes, unfortunately, it is true that there is a recycling truck that rumbles down Sheridan Street at 5am Monday mornings. You’re right, it isn’t anything I can control, but I appreciate the note. From now on I will have some earplugs available in the cabinet drawer of that bedroom, and make a suggestion that guests use them on Sunday nights in our house manual if they stay in that bedroom rather than the one away from the street. I was surprised to hear about the oven and microwave in your review. I wish you had said something while you were there, as I would have sent a repair person. Hopefully next time I'll get the chance. But, to be honest, you're the first guest to mention this, and I couldn’t recreate the issue. I tested both of them after you left 3 times throughout the day and they worked fine for me. But thanks for the note, I will keep an eye out for it. Lastly, yes, it's a compact San Francisco kitchen (but well appointed for its size, I might add!), and we consider it part of the charm of SF living :) Thanks again for your notes, looking forward to hosting you again in the future, David

Cute & well-maintained apartment

David's apartment is a beautiful, well-maintained, and nicely-furnished 2-bedroom located near 9th st and Folsom st. It has everything you'd need for a long-term stay. The front bedroom is the nicer of the two: the natural light and desk make for a very comfortable space. The back bedroom has no desk and the window looks out directly into the siding of the building, so there's no view. But the room is comfy. Both rooms have closets and tons of storage space. The kitchen is small but manageable. It has a full size oven and stovetop, microwave, toaster, pots & pans, and tons of appliances. No complaints! The in-unit laundry is a huge bonus. It's a small machine, so I was running many loads through the week to get my laundry done, instead of one or two bigger loads. Just something to keep in mind. The bathroom is reasonable, nothing extremely positive or negative. It has a bathtub with sliding glass doors. Gets the job done. The building is full of mostly young folks and has an HOA that deals with the trash bins, cleaning, etc. The neighborhood is less residential than other parts of the city. There's not a lot going on, which can make the neighborhood feel a bit eerie, especially at night. As with any city, be aware, and Uber home when you're out late. Market street, a huge public transportation corridor, is about a 10-15 min walk. Mission street, another corridor, is about 10 min away. Overall, a lovely stay! I'd love to return if I'm ever in the city. Thanks David!

To be honest, this is the first apartment I saw on my first day of looking, and I fell in love with it immediately. I viewed all the other apartments on my list, but none of them compared to this gem. It has very positive energy for me, and every kind of space I need exists in it's small footprint. I love it.

I adore the cozy kitchen with the counter and barstools so that the conversation with friends doesn't stop while I'm cooking. I can also keep an eye on the TV while doing dishes. The bedrooms are comfy and quiet. The sunshine is warming. Plus my favorite restaurants are nearby. What's not to love?
