A nice cozy place to relax and enjoy a water/sunset view sitting outside on a beautiful covered patio.. This waterfront getaway is a two bedroom one bath with a open concept from kitchen to living room. Has all the amenities a home needs.... electric stove refrigerator, microwave, smart tv ect... You can also enjoy a hot cup of coffee with a gorgeous water view, the perfect way to start your mornings before an eventful day in the village.... swimming. bike riding, golfing, fishing, boating, kayaking, tennis . only 15 Minutes away from the closest beach access with some of the best seafood restaurants in the RGV.

Lovely place!

We loved our stay here! Perfect size for our family. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and updated. We had everything we needed. Deck was spacious and a great place to enjoy the view of the canal. Owners were very kind and available if we needed anything. We would absolutely stay again!

Omg. My husband and I rented this place for a month. The nicest place in Long Island village. The hosts were always accommodating and answered our questions on the spot. They have more than enough utensils and pots and pans. Everything you need!!! Comfortable beds as well. We would definitely rent this place again. 10/10. Best place to stay!!!!

Beach trip

This house was beyond perfect for my family and I. It was exactly what we wanted. We are all sad to leave! We would definitely recommend staying at Long Island village. The staff was friendly, there are so many amenities it’s crazy, and being right on the water was a bonus!

Simply Amazing

This place was amazing. It was comforting to know the host was available to answer any questions that arose. The home was very spacious and extremely clean. The outside patio deck had everything you could ask for (plenty of sitting area, TV, and a grill). The bottom deck was well lit and had two green lights to help attract some fish. My wife and I definitely want to stay here again for future trips.

Perfect place for a long getaway

Impressed with the location. Nice community. Security procedures were A+. Our hosts were friends away from home. So nice and helpful with anything we needed. Quick to reply with any questions we had. This place had everything we could have needed. Loved the outside decks for lounging or fishing. Would definitely come back.

Impressive!

We are very impressed with our stay. This place is beautiful and everything was immaculate, organized, and smelled amazing. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of linens and towels, and a fully equipped kitchen were available. The owner was very attentive and quick to respond to questions. It was a very enjoyable experience. We especially enjoyed fishing off the dock, great fun for our family. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again. Very impressive property.

Definitely Recommend !!!

I would recommend this property to anybody a thousand percent! It not only was absolutely beautiful inside and out, it was the perfect size for my little family, it was extremely clean and felt like home for our vacation! The host was very responsive and so amazing throughout our stay! We visit south padre island every year and we always stay in the village! If she has this place available next year, I will definitely be staying here again! If you’re ever out that way, and is looking for the perfect spot, this is it! (:

Awesome experience

Though we cut our trip by a day because of unexpected events the place was still awesome. Right on the water. The underwater green light had some big trout nightly and lots of other action. The owner even invited me fishing on his boat though I couldn’t make it I would have had things on my end been different. We will totally book here again. This place was and had everything I would have done if it were my own.

Awesome Property

A beautiful home with all the amenities. Perfect size for three adults. Beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, pots, pans, etc. Plenty of TVs and the wifi coverage was excellent. The host was very responsive to questions. Only tricky thing was the thermostat. The interface was a little difficult to figure out. Hint: Rub your finger up and down the left side to scroll through selections. Tap to make a choice. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing at Port Isabel

The cottage was more than we expected and were thrilled with all the amenities. It was convenient for the 3 of us, my 92 year old Mom, my daughter and myself. The owners were great and kept in touch with us so our entry was easy. The cottage was very comfortable, very clean and well stocked. Thank you!!

Breathtaking sunsets and sunrises...

Lupi's space was AMAZING. Pictures do no justice. We had PLENTY of space in the camp. The neighborhood, Long Island Village, is more than welcoming. We had a simple and quick check in with security and we're provided all the details for our rental within minutes! (Side note - There is an $80 resort fee that's paid upon arrival) The house was very spacious for our family of 6 (4 teenagers!). I fished EVERY SINGLE DAY of our four day stay! There is an indoor AND outdoor pool! There are also MANY activities at the activity center in the community center that were open for our use. I forgot my golf clubs, but NEXT TIME I'll be SURE TO! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, Lupi!

Well kept secret

Lupi's place is amazing. Simply put, if you are looking for a place to relax and have a good time this is the place for you. The host were phenomenal and very attentive. The patio is the place to chill and beat the heat. Fishing from the dock was a blast.

A 5 Start Resort experince

The home is amazingly clean. Nothing is as welcoming as "sparkling clean". Not only that, the host provided everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. My spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed our short trip here. The host is very communicative; they were quick to respond to any query I had. Often we like to go to Isla Blanca park for the beach when in South Padre Island. The home location is very convenient for this, right at the beginning of the bridge to go over. Then once over, a quick turn to the right to Isla Blanca park, avoiding all the weekend traffic heading toward the north end of the island. Another great thing to note, there are many fishes from the deck; I had a blast fishing in the evening after a long day at the beach. We love the home and the hosts are awesome and making sure your stay will be relaxing and trouble free. We will love to come again.

Perfect Paradise

This property was exactly what the listing said it would be. It was easy to check in to and the house was clean and just paradise. We arrived late the first day so we missed check-in but the owner had already messaged me about our arrival and offered drinks to welcome us. The owner was very communicative and answered quickly to any messages I sent. We will definitely be back! Great location and great owners. You won’t be disappointed!

Awesome community

This little cottage was amazing. It was just the right size. Even with three teenagers. They caught a lot of fish right off the back deck. We enjoyed driving the golf cart around and meeting people. The people of Long Island Village were very friendly. My kids swam in the pools and played basketball. It’s only a 10 minute drive across the causeway to the beach, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here. Great communication with the owner of the cottage.
