Deluxe ground floor property overlooking the lush Desert Princess Country Club golf course, facing stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains. There’s a large leather sofa in the living room as well as a large Norwegian recliner. There’s also a six drawer dresser in the master suite with the California king bed. A tropical landscaped courtyard provides a private entry to this highly upgraded getaway. 18 inch stone flooring, original art, contemporary furnishings. The ambiance continues onto the south facing patio , looking over a lake with cascading fountain towards unobstructed panoramic mountain views. You are encouraged to enjoy the full service clubhouse, spa and fitness center, tennis and racquet courts. A stunning pool and hot tub are just steps away. This tranquil property is ideally located minutes to downtown Palm Springs and the fine shopping of Palm Desert. This resort retreat is the best the desert has to offer in rest, relaxation and rejuvenation in a lush desert setting. Come and enjoy the warm sunshine and the balmy night breezes of this Coachella Valley paradise. Room service provided by club house restaurant. Garage available. Local Stater Bros market, CVS and Starbucks are just 2 blocks away and 2 major shopping centers with Drycleaners, Wal Mart, Lowes, Home Depot, Panera, Rubios, Dickies BBQ, Dennys and a car wash and more are just 5 minutes away. The condo was lovely and very clean and quiet. I would definitely stay there again. My host was very responsive to any questions I had. I brought towels to use at the pool, but there were some already there. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

So sorry to hear about the issue with the spa. I contacted the HOA and this is their response: Pools/Spas are cleaned on rotation, Tuesday through Sunday. There are 34 pools/spas, so there are only so many cleaned in an 8 hr day. Pools are triaged based on need and the worst will be cleaned first.

Great to return to a familiar propert

We love returning to Kirk’s property in Desert Princess! It is just perfect for us….we love the location, the view the security of a gated property. This condo is very tastefully remodelled , and great to have 2 bathrooms as well. We have booked again for next year ….

Relaxing

A great view with the mountain in the distance and great golf view - far enough away no worry about stray golf balls coming near. Like the walkout patio area and bedroom size and appreciate having 2 bathrooms and good size kitchen. Appreciate the details of having extra reading books, puzzles, games, coffee makers & supplies. I would come back to this location.

Awesome stay

Beautiful condo with large bedroom and spacious bathrooms. Amazing panoramic view of the mountains and great deck with comfortable seating. Stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

January in Palm Springs.

This was our second time staying in Kirk's property. The view from the patio is breathtaking. The king sized bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We love having two bathrooms so each of us can spread out. We have already booked for next year.

Great Stay!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Kirk was a great host. Views from the property are stunning! The condo is stocked with everything you could possibly need and the was super comfortable. The location is very convenient to the airport and downtown Palm Springs. It made for a very peaceful and relaxing stay. The only suggestions for improvement are minor… We couldn’t get the tv in the bedroom to turn after multiple attempts with both the remotes and television itself, but the tv in the living room was just fine for us. Also, having two full bathrooms was very convenient for getting ready, however, the drain on the bathtub needs to be cleared as there is standing water when using. We would certainly visit this property again in the future and highly recommend to others.

Loved the security of a gated community, great location as its not far from downtown Palm Springs. Clean and nice Vrbo. Would definitely recommend.
