Welcome to Lake Ivie! You won't find a better place to relax after a successful day of bass fishing than our 1 bedroom/1 bathroom barndominium. Less than 1 mile to Elm Creek Marina and Boat Ramps!

*660 sq. ft. unit.
*Living room w/reclining sectional & 40" tv
*Fully stocked kitchen.
*Full bathroom w/walk-in shower.
*Master bedroom w/king bed & 32" tv
*Extra twin rollaway bed + folding cot
*Washer/dryer
*900+ sq. ft. covered patio w/picnic table and 4 chairs.
*BBQ pit--bring your own charcoal.

The large living area features a reclining sectional with 4 recliners.
and a 40" smart television that you can use with your own Netflix, Hulu, or other accounts. The open concept kitchen has matte stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave and quartz countertops. We provide a coffee maker and a small supply of ground coffee, filters, and sweeteners. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies, blender, griddle, mixer, toaster, and 12 settings of dinnerware and glasses. There is seating for two at the bar, and a picnic table on the patio.

Bedroom - king bed and 32" smart television. The attached closet contains the washer and dryer. Additional sleeping space is available with a rollaway twin bed (36"x73") and a folding cot (31"x75"), which can be placed in the master bedroom, hallway, or living room.

The bathroom has a vanity area and a walking shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided.

Outdoor space - the 900 square foot patio has a picnic table with seating for 8, plus 4 patio chairs. You will often be able to spot deer and other wildlife and the only sounds are the birds. Welcome to nature!

The barndominium is located less than a mile from the Elm Creek Marina and boat ramp. We have covered boat parking.

Everything was great. It was perfectly suited for a guys fishing trip. We parked the boat and truck under the covered drive thru which provided a place to rig our fishing gear in comfort. The proximity to lake O.H Ivie was awesome.

Fishing Trip

My husband and I may a trip to O.H. Ivie and stayed in this sweet little Barndo. The inside was really well done. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

The perfect little getaway

Everything you need, they have. But just in case they don't you better bring everything you think you MAY need. There is only one little marina and absolutely nothing else within a 50 mile range

Fishing Trio

Overall experience was very pleasant. Easy check-in, host provided clear instructions and the house was very clean and just perfect for our needs. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils we needed for doing our own cooking, and we used the grill one evening. We appreciate that there was wood available to use on the grill. Plenty of parking space for our pontoon and truck and the neighbors were extremely friendly and helpful. Close to the boat ramp and Elm Creek marina and everyone there was very kind and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and will most likely book again.

Fishing sucked

Great place very convenient to elm creek ramp. Well stocked found everything we needed. Take all your food and drink because there’s no place to buy it. Wi-Fi works great.

Awesome place !!!!!

This place is PERFECT for a place to stay when you are fishing. The car port fits truck and trailer to keep Dee and rain off. Everything is NEW and well taken care of. All the pots and utensils are provided, even a Keurig w pods!!! I will use this place again and highly recommend it.

Perfect for a fishing trip

Great location. House is perfect for 2 fisherman. All the amenities are there along with covered parking for my boat. Kristen was very quick to respond and help with a couple of minor issues. This is our second stay here and we will be back again.

Nice quiet neighborhood real close to lake and ramp. Protected and secure place to park boat. Kept boat dry during a rain storm. Would recommend and stay there again. Only downside wanted to use the clothes dryer and it didn’t seem to work.

Great place for fishing at Ivie

This property was perfect for our fishing trip to OH Ivie. It is extremely close to the marina and ramp and the covered boat parking was fantastic. It inside was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and was exactly as described. If we come back to the area again we would definitely stay here.

Great place.

We had a great time. Everything you need plus a lot more. Super close to lake and ramp. Wi-Fi isn’t wonderful but our phones worked as hotspot.

Great place!

We have camped in tents at Elm Creek and we have stayed in the Elm Creek Motel. This was a huge upgrade. Covered boat parking was awesome! The house is clean and very well equipped. The heating worked well as it was close to 26 degrees one night. BBQ works great, remember to bring charcoal. There were plenty of outlets outside to plug the boats in for charging. There is only o e bedroom with a single king bed. Having 4 guys here, we had one in the bed, one on the couch, one in the floor and one on the roll away bed. Wish they had a bunk bed or something stuffed in the bedroom too. Oh well, we knew what we were getting into, this was the only rental house we could find in the area. The internet is a joke, hardly works a bit during the middle of the day or early morning. Could not get any streaming tv to work, check emails, or even download music or surf the net. We would go to the Elm Creek shop for internet service, they have great burgers there! The lake is thought to fish. Three days straight staring at the live scope. Saw a few to cast at with zero response. We caught 3 fish total between 4 of us in 3 days. Nothing over 3 lbs.

OH Ivie fishing trip

Great accommodations. Very close to elm creek boat ramp. Had a tad bit of a communication problem but all was worked out quickly and very happy with the whole stay. The covered parking with all the lighting is great for prepping rods and boat for next day fishing, also nice place to set in the evening with a adult beverage. Will definitely be staying at this location again.

Great location and very clean

We stayed 5 days location was great to the lake. Loved the covered carport for boat. Inside was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed. There’s not much around to go out to eat so make sure you bring what you need cause there’s no stores close by either. But Elm creek marina has great food in there cafe! Overall a great experience definitely will be back.
