Your home away from home! Feel relaxed and comfortable in this spacious condominium, located directly on the Caloosahatchee River, with amazing sunset views. Safe and guarded access in and around the grounds. Condo has no damage from hurricane Ian. This location has everything you need to feel like you're at a tropical resort. Only 5 minutes from amazing restaurants in downtown Fort Myers, walking distance to North Shore Park and a 25 minute ride from the RSW airport. Free trolley to downtown Fort Myers.

Perfect in every way 💙

We were visiting family in North Fort Myers. JMMB Schooner Bay condo was perfect in every way for us… Relaxing, comfortable, clean, fresh and stocked well for anything we needed at our fingertips. JMMB manager Joseph was accommodating, prompt and kind. We will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing your condo 💙💙💙

Great winter escape.

Excellent experience. Everything was as described in the listing. Pool was great and the trolley to downtown Firt Myers was a plus. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely return.

JMMB Condo In Fort Myers

We were in town for a baseball event at Jet Blue Park. This condo was a short 25 minute ride to the park and had a good amount of space and amenities to keep my other kids entertained while we were there. Property managers were quick to answer questions. The condo was clean and well supplied and even has an outside storage room with beach items and fishing poles which were very useful. My kids enjoyed the fishing pier and pool and we could walk to the restaurants across the canal behind the complex. Overall we were very pleased with our choice and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sooo much better than being trapped in a hotel room with kids!

Above and Beyond

All the extras go a long way. We are familiar with property and all it offers as family also live on site. The pool, location and even people who live there make for a great experience. Our Christmas was truly memorable due to all the extras the condo offers. The owners put a lot of thought into everything that was made available during our stay. They truly go above and beyond!
