Welcome to The Scarlet, where tranquility and luxury converge in this pristine top-floor villa overlooking the picturesque fairways of Palm Royale Country Club in La Quinta, California. Named one of Golf Advisor's Top Golfer's Choice 25 short courses, this residence offers stylish features in its open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas. Natural light streams through newly installed Milgard dual pane windows, framing breathtaking views of the golf course, mountains, and expansive blue skies.
The kitchen is a highlight with its new appliances, new lighting and breakfast bar seating. Additional amenities include a brand new HVAC system, vaulted ceilings in the living room, and a state-of-the-art 65” smart TV equipped with Showtime, and Netflix. Basic cable and high-speed WiFi are also provided, along with in-unit laundry facilities and a new propane BBQ grill. Parking is convenient with a one-car garage available.
The bedroom offers comfort with a fairly new California King mattress topped with a plush 3-inch foam topper, complemented by ample closet space. The updated bathroom features a large soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a day on the course.
