You will be seduced by this small house, entirely renovated by the owner, who is passionate about old stones. A charming and cozy interior with all the comforts for a holiday for two. At the heart of the Livradois-Forez Natural Park, you will discover the magnificent landscapes during hikes in the heart of nature. The pretty surrounding villages will seduce you with their buildings. Entering the gîte, on the ground floor, you will find the living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge area. On the first floor, bedroom with shower room and toilet: the space is open, without partition, the toilets are isolated by a screen: bed 140, large shower. To take advantage of the light, a space on the ground floor has been created. No washing machine. Internet television. Electric heating included. For a peaceful holiday, bed linen and towels are provided with beds made on arrival. In front of the cottage you can enjoy an unfenced communal land (not used by other residents of the locality). The owner sets up a table, chairs and a barbecue. Shops and services in Vic-le-Comte 11 km.
