It features a lovely 47 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 5,045 m² garden. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 47 m² living room with sofas, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: bed 200×200, en-suite bathroom with shower, bath and WC
- Bedroom 2: 200×200 bed
- Bedroom 3: bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

1st floor:
- Bedroom 4: a 160×200 bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and WC
- 30m² terrace with furniture

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A private (unheated) 8x4m swimming pool secured by an electric roller shutter. The pool is open from May to October (opening dates non-contractual).
- A beautiful 5,045 m² garden, not enclosed
- A 40m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A 12m-long private pétanque court

The house is ideally located in Entrecasteaux, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
