Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The water did not work properly. I put a work order in and it never got fixed. There were cockroaches and had to buy bate traps. There looked like some kind of odd spatter that freaked me out on the ceiling of the bathroom. The room is outdated. The dryer doesn’t really dry clothes. The nearby train rattles the bed. I could name more but I do not recommend the studio I stayed in at all.

Great experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I needed temporary housing for one week due to a new job. I was very pleased with the BBRR condo I booked. It was clean, quiet and easily accessible. Plenty of parking and very secure. The condo had a Roku so I could watch whatever I wanted and it was fully stocked with kitchen items and towels. The wifi was strong too so I could get important work done.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Black mold in the bathroom, the worst bed I have ever experienced. I would barely move and it would be sooooo squeaky. The sink leaked and always made a mess.

A place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was looking for a place to stay while attending "Cruisin'The Coast" and this place filled that need. However,there were some drawbacks. No chairs, no lamps, very small TV,miss matched drapes, very dirty carpet and a bed that was coming apart at the headboard. Very little storage in the kitchen with just 2 small cabinets above the stove and sink. And no dishwasher as was described. At best it was just ok. If we are to make a trip back to Miss. coast, we will for another place. Also found while talking with others renting that we paid too much .They rented direct from the owner at a much better price.
