Second stay

This is our second time staying at this location. Many improvements have been made since our last stay, including the conversion of the garage into a sitting/game room with air conditioning, new couches, TVs in the bedrooms, and numerous other enhancements. I would highly recommend staying here for your next river vacation!

Thk you good experience in Laughlin

I booked latish for a July 4th weekend. The 4 bedrooms were great. I liked the full size bunk beds. Good size and cool, boy it was 120+ outside. Was able to cook - basics very helpful, bigger/thicker pans would be great and a few mixing bowls, but basics definitely still facilitated. Counter top stools nice. Internet was the only unreliable item. It put a damper on family movie night plans Saturday evening. I informed owner, he said had not heard of such- would look into it. Also HDMI cable missing for game console there to use. More games would be nice/support fanily time. Great responsive owner. Entry code worked great. And he was cool w us arriving 30min earlier which I appreciated! Overall a good experience. Open to booking location again:)

Family vacation

House was in a good neighborhood. Cleanliness was ok. There was a load of towels left in the washer that we did not find for a few days and had to wash again due to the smell. All in all the house worked for our family.

Nice neighborhood

Nice clean house in a good neighborhood with a long stretch of curb across the street for boat parking and about 20 minutes from kathrines landing.

Great place in Bullhead 10 minutes from launch ramp

Nice, clean, corner lot home in a quiet residential neighborhood at a reasonable price. Plenty of beds and plenty of parking. I was able to park my 21 foot boat and SUV off the street next to the garage without unhitching. Access to the two car garage made it very convenient to charge batteries and store boat gear at night. Rotary Park public launch ramp was a quick 7 minute drive. This place checked all the boxes for us. Property manager was very responsive before, during, and after our stay.

Great place

This was a great property for our group. It was in a perfect location for us. Perfect amount of room. Aaron always responded if we had questions. Only a few minutes drive to stores, restaurants and Laughlin for the casinos.

Best stay

At first I was nervous about coming to stay at this property. I mean come on so many scams now a days we dont know what to expect. After our 5 days stay at this gorgeous house im happy to write this review. House is very clean, nice rooms, enough beds for our family! My kids got more happy when they saw the tv had movies on HBO! Everyone that went were satisfied with our stay. I want do want to add Aaron is the best!! He answered all my questions I had before reserving the house and when i had questions when we arrived he responded in less than 3 mins. If you decide to stay at this house you won’t regret it 😁 hope to reserve for next year again 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Pleasant trip to Bullhead City

Nice new property with good accommodations. Beds were comfortable. Close to Supermarket and short driving distance to Laughlin or the River. We would stay again.
