In the commune of Vains, we offer this charming 39 m² flat, which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a shower room and a 70 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises :

- A 30 m² living room with a double sofa bed, a sitting area and a dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A shower room with en-suite shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot.

Outside :
- A west-facing garden of around 70 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Vains, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in front of the house.
