Sleeping: bedroom with a double bed 180x200 and a large corner closet. In the living room there is the possibility to sleep up to five additional adults on two single sofa beds, 200x200 and 140x200.
Living: The living room is spacious and flows into the kitchen with the dining area.
Bathroom: A modern bathroom with a bath, sink and toilet. The equipment is high quality.

The apartment is in the basement (basement) of a two-family house built in 2007. It is suitable for active adventurous families who do not spend much time in the apartment. There are no opportunities for barbecues or sitting outside.

Please bring your bed covers and bath towels. Pillows and blankets are available in the apartment. The sheets for the 200 x 200 cm sofa bed are there and are free of charge. You only need to bring 2 mattress covers 90x200 cm.

If desired, bed linen and bath towels can be booked as a package package for the duration of the stay:
Per person -15 € - one set: bed linen covers and bath towels!

The advantage is that you can swap free of charge for the duration of your stay in the event of contamination, without incurring additional fees. It is a kind of flat rate.


Cleaning:

The cleaning fee for the apartment is a flat rate of € 40 regardless of the length of stay. It is a final cleaning fee that is charged on site as a cash payment. You can expect a very clean and well-kept apartment - it is important for us that you feel very comfortable - ideally at home.

Location:

The city of Herbolzheim (approx. 10,200 inhabitants) lies on the western edge of the central Black Forest. Conveniently located near the A5, both Freiburg and Offenburg can be reached in less than half an hour. The holiday and resort of Rust, known for its "EUROPA PARK" amusement park, can be reached within 10 minutes.

The apartment itself is located in a quiet location on the easternmost outskirts in a new development area. From here you can reach the outdoor swimming pool, which was renovated in 2014, a supermarket, the Felsenkeller restaurant "Acropolis" and just a 2 minute walk from a large children's playground. You can also get to the city center in another 10 minutes.


Arrival and departure:

You can arrive from 4 p.m. In individual cases also individually by arrangement.

The apartment must be handed in by 10 a.m. at the latest. The delivery time can be exceeded by arrangement. The exceptions are by arrangement and booking status or Availability possible on the day of departure.
