Studio "Le Cabouin" in the middle of nature at the foot of the hikes

With a capacity of 4 people, the studio is located in the regional natural park of the Monts d'Ardèche, in the pretty little town of Mayres (07330).

With a magnificent view in the morning and evening on the mountains, you can enjoy the wooden terrace of 25 m2 and a private plot of 1000 m2 adjoining the accommodation to rest there.

The 25 m2 Cabouin is equipped with:
- 1 kitchen (electric hob, fridge, freezer, utensils, kettle, coffee maker, small oven)
- 1 bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, washing machine)
- 1 living room
- 1 BZ 140x190 new and comfortable
- 1 mezzanine with a 140x190 bed

The terrace is equipped with:
- 1 garden furniture
- 1 table and 4 outdoor chairs

Prices for stays outside July and August:
Weekend 2 nights: 100 euros
Week 7 days 6 nights: 300 euros

Prices for July August:
Weekend 2 nights: 120 euros
Week 7 days 6 nights: 360 euros

Pets not accepted, non-smoking interior
A deposit of 30% is requested 5 days before arrival in the studio to reserve.

We rent from June to the end of September by the night or the week.
