Older home very spacious 3 bedrooms, 3 baths large back porch looking over the pool as well as Lake Shipp also on the chain of lakes which allows you access to 16 other lakes , several bars and restaurants that are also accessible by boat... 45 Minutes from DISNEY as well as other Theme parks in Orlando and Tampa home is also located 11 mins from LEGO LAND. We also allow the use of the dock if you have a boat and just tie off to the dock there is no charge if you prefer to use lift there is a additional daily fee . we do not gurantee all boats will fit on the lift.

Fun on at Lake Shipp!

This spot is centrally located to all the shops, restaurants, downtown & area lakes. The property was spacious & clean & the host was very accommodating & easy to get a hold of!

June Family Vacation

We all enjoyed the stay! The hosts were very nice and responded quickly when we had a question or need. The home is conveniently located close to restaurants, grocery and shopping.

Great location, lake and pool

Great location, lake and pool. Very well stocked. It’s attached to the owners house by the laundry room, though, which surprised us, and master bed is a queen (not king).

Vacation

This was a perfect vacation home, the owners were absolutely some of the most amazing people. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and anything we needed they did not hesitate to help us. The view was beautiful and the location was great. We will definitely being staying there again in the near future.

Lake House for real

The pictures of the view of the lake do not do it justice. Nicely appointed house. The screened in pool and patio back on to the lake. Wonderful place to chill.

Nice home on Lake Shipp

Being on the lake was nice, too cool to take advantage of pool. Nice outdoor lanai. Just be forewarned of train noise for light sleepers. Out of the control of the hosts, just be ready for it. We enjoyed our stay, thank you very much.

It's All You Need

This was a great place to use as a headquarters for our trip. It was clean and everything you need was there. Our only issue was that we had an allergy to the laundry detergent that was used on the towels. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Comfortable convenient and fun

We loved our time here. The place is a great size with 3 bedrooms and multiple bathrooms- a plus when traveling with teens. Comfy beds and several areas for hanging out. Kids enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock. The WiFi was great which made my remote work easy to do. All the appliances were is good working order and it was very helpful to have laundry room and dishwasher. Hosts were friendly and very responsive. We hope to return next year and definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting lakefront experience in central Florida.

Legoland with the grandson.

Perfect location for a Legoland trip. It’s awesome having the pool and dock on the lake. Owner was very nice and responded immediately whenever we needed her.

Awesome location to visit Legoland

This house, which is right on a lake in a comfortable neighborhood, was close to Legoland, Walmart and restaurants making it so convenient for our family vacation. The hostess was responsive and wonderful and we loved every minute of our stay!

Family Stay for Sports Event

The main purpose for our stay was that our son was playing college baseball nearby. The location was very convenient for the games. We’ve been in Winter Haven before and we like the area. We would recommend this house for others.

Great property and host

We loved this property and will likely stay again. We stayed for a long weekend and spent a day at legoland. Legoland is just minutes away. We enjoyed playing in the pool and fishing the lake. Our favorite part was the outdoor covered patio. There was plenty of room to spread out. The host, Kelly was always available to help with whatever you may need. There is a train nearby so be ready for a little noise at night but my kids loved seeing the train!

Great house, host, and view

The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Property was in great shape, too. My only issue were the trains going by every 2hrs it seemed and road noise. That’s to be expected on lake houses though. Would stay here again.
