Single family home nestled near a quiet cul-de-sac , this 1000sq foot home creates a connection between the nearby sea and the sanctuary provided by trees.

North Captiva island ferry only access

Composed primarily of one level living space the house is light filled , open concept and recently remodeled to provide the comforts of home within walking distance to the beach.

The rental includes free use of a golf cart , kayaks and bicycles, enjoy your vacation in this idyllic setting away from the crowd .

The warm natural tones of the interior take inspiration from nature and are punctuated by colorful artwork.

Reverse osmosis drinking water system

A full kitchen comes complete with all your needs, plus a large open shower and downstairs laundry complement the natural surroundings

King size bed in the master and Bunk beds in the second bedroom , large decking on both levels, barbeque grill, internet included

Part II

Absolutely love this place we stayed in February. Loved it so much. We booked it again and stayed another week. if you’re looking to get away from the world, unwind, relax and enjoy nature, friends, and the beach this is your spot.

Great week on North Captiva!

My husband and I had a great week! The house was perfect for a couple. Excellent location and proximity to the beach! The kitchen is well supplied. Plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrella, bikes, etc. we would definitely recommend Seasong.

Great Beach House

The beach house was great. It was nice and well maintained. It's close to the beach and perfect for a family of 4. We have a 7 and 9 year old and would stay here again next year without question. The property managers were top notch.

SeaSong in Paradise

Great little house for an adult couple (plus 2 small children, if applicable) that provides everything one needs for a different type of very relaxing getaway.

Winter getaway

Loved the N Captiva vibe. No crowds/traffic/lines. Truly a restful experience knowing all that had to been done was go to the beach to shell, read a book and watch dolphins in the ocean and nearby bay. Seasong was very close to the beach and has everything needed for a week stay. Highly recommend this area if you don’t have FOMO and want time to rest and recharge.
