Your hosts and the owners are Ken and Amy Ivey. We fell in Love with the Island of North Captiva after living in SW Florida and searching for many years for our Perfect Beach House. For many years we personally rented on Sanibel Island with our Family enjoying the Beautiful Beaches, Family Time, Water Sports and especially the World Class Shelling. When we discovered North Captiva Island, we found everything that we Loved about Sanibel and More, yet Without the Crowds, Hustle and Bustle, and Sitting in Lines of Cars with Congestion. Now we call North Captiva Island our Second Home and we manage several homes on the Island. We take pride in taking the utmost of care of all of our properties!
