Very nice location

Very nice location need to work on some of the plumbing but overall a nice place

Beautiful Escape in the Mountains

The Ole Smokey BnB exceeded all of our expectations. The location was amazing, it was close enough to everything while being far enough away to have peace and quiet. The view from the hot tub is amazing. We enjoyed several movies in the theater. The house had everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Weekend Mountain Birthday

We had 7 adults and 2 dogs, 2 couples and 3 adults. Ample space for everyone, lots to do in cabin, which was exactly what we wanted. Close to Food City if we needed anything. Owner was beyond helpful. Had bear come 2 nights in a row, only to get into neighbors trash. Views from hot tub and sauna were awesome. We will most likely make this an annual trip specifically to this cabin!

Overpriced

Overall, the house was dirty and needs maintenance. The showers were full of mold and the water pressure was terrible. Only one person could shower at a time, which makes it difficult if everyone is trying to go to dinner together. The terrace furniture was unusable and the games are broken and unusable. We did not spend any time up there at all. The kitchen was dirty and the cabinets have been painted but they feel sticky to the touch.

Do not rent this house

When we arrived the door locks didnt work their back up is a lock box. No key. Called management and they had to call a locksmith so we sat and waited for 5 hours and finally got in at10pm. Not a good start. Now the house, it does not look like the pictures. The house is very dated. Toilet paper holders hangin on walls. Electrical outlets hanging off the wall. One of the showers didn’t work. Roof leaks terribly in middle of bar room. Kitchen faucet broken they don’t have enough bath towels.theater room has broken chairs. They have a bug problem. The house is simply not taken care of. I would never rent from this company again. I 100% guarantee you will be unhappy if you rent this house.
