In Saint Brévin L'Océan, long sandy beaches border an estuary where cruise ships pass. Ideal for exploring "The Jade Coast" by bike, on foot or on the water. The accommodation is located between the beach and the pine trees in the "squirrel domain" neighbourhood, where it is not uncommon to spot red squirrels, the emblem of the municipality.



This terraced house of 60m² can accommodate up to 4 people and is located just 500m from the "Plage des Rochelets", a long sandy beach accessible to the public with an area for water sports (kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing), supervised from July to August.

The rental has two double rooms (140 cm beds). The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home: vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fryer and blender. The dining-living room opens onto a small terrace and features a smart TV (no access to TNT channels) and Wi-Fi access. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete the rental. To enjoy the terrace, an electric plancha and garden furniture are at your disposal. A private parking space is reserved for your vehicle.

Before leaving, stop by to say hello to the famous Ocean Serpent, a work by artist Huang Yong Ping, part of the "Estuaire Trail". Check the tide times because the reptile only reveals itself when the sea is low! Don't leave without tasting the famous "Saint Michel Galettes" and taking a break on the wall of the ice cream shop La Fraiseraie in Pornic, at the foot of the "Blue Beard Castle".

Unfortunately, this accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Our animal friends cannot be accommodated in this rental, thank you for your understanding. The rental has a Wi-Fi connection.

For everyone's comfort, the accommodation is non-smoking and parties or events are not allowed.

Household linen (towels, bath mats, tea towels...) and bed preparation are not provided.

The tourist tax is not included in the rate and must be paid before your arrival.

Depending on the platform used to book your stay, a deposit may be required in the form of a pre-authorisation on your bank card during the last payment. This amount will not be debited and will be automatically cancelled after your departure, provided no damage has been noted.
